Store seems permanently closed. Phone is shut down. Website shows it is active, which false advertising to me. No notes on website that it is closed, but 7 months ago they replied to someone else's complaint about them being closed, saying it was temporary. The place was completely empty, and it looks like they have started the process of removing the sign. This to me seems permanent. If you do not live in a bigger town, you have to travel lots of miles to find a store and they do not do much on their website, except spout deals at the stores only. I don't like going to bigger towns, and I thought I had one at least within 25 miles of me, but now the closest is over 50.

There closed and there phone number is no longer in service.

They shouldn't put that they are open Sundays if they are not open Sundays. I drove 30 miles for nothing.

The worst customer service ever, I only gave it 1 star just so I could leave the review, I am a long timecustomer of the Metro PCS service and this has been my worst experience ever.
