False advertising, and their website always is never correct when it says the store inventory.Website shows a clear gas can spout, complete with photos and MFR part number. Said 22 in inventory, went to get a couple of them. Only to find a different MFR part number and solid black spouts under the same SKU number. Department Manager's excuse was weak. Other times they say they have X in inventory, and there's nothing on the shelf. The excuse is "it's probably still on the truck". If it's still on the truck, it should not be counted as inventory! Basic shipping and receiving 101.Menards sucks horribly. Waste my time and fuel to drive here for nothing.

Do not buy appliances from Menards. On our first day of installing a refrigerator, we noticed the door wasn’t shutting. We called Menards to return and we’re told to call Maytag. We called Maytag and a tech came out and stated door is bent or the hinges , possibly cabinet.So we explained that we’d return the refrigerator.Then we Call Menards and they stated it’s the 8th day now we will only accept a return on the 7th day.So they wouldn’t exchange on the first day, saying to call Maytag and then because that took to the 8th day now we had to call Maytag again. They’re ordering a whole door and hinges everything and now possibly a month will go by and this may or may not fix this issue.Never buy an appliance from Menards.Horrible customer service and policy.

I am from Arizona, or we have two competitors of Menards. It's not unusual, then, when I go there, I have to walk around to find someone. Here at Menards, Jen stopped what she was doing, and basically gave me a full tour of the store for the 20 to 25 items which I needed. Outstanding service, thank you. Jen and I loved the photo!

My doors were damaged when i returned them menards put them back on the floor to sell damaged to someone else and called me the next day went back to find the same damaged doors i will chose somewhere else from now on

Store is always clean, and staff always know where any item you need is. Special thanks to Tom today who helped me find an impact, and was very friendly. Made sure I had everything I needed.

The order pickup is ridiculous. On more than one occasion I've gotten a notification that my order was ready for pickup. About 3-4 hours later I show up only to be told that the order isn't ready, however I could come back in 20-30 minutes or later that night. Never had an issue with lowes, Home Depot, or fleet farm order pickup. Take your business elsewhere people.

It’s challenging to find help in this store. I waited for a staff member with an elderly lady for over 40min. Every staff member we asked for help said they would call someone over…even a manager told us that. Ridiculous!!!!! Staff are unfriendly as well. Bought paint and the paint was literally leaking all over the paint can after being mixed. The employee working didn’t even clean it up properly and handed it to me with the can still dripping with paint.Make the trip to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Skip Menards. Not worth the stress.

Store and people are awesome but last month we were in the garden department looking at bushes. They were all half dead and could tell they had not been watered. Meanwhile there were 4 to 5 employees standing around talking. I give your garden dept. a 1 star. Why sell bushes and plants if you cant take care of them?
