Went to pick up curbside order and checked in. Waited 10 plus minutes and then proceeded to call the store. After the phone kept ringing for another 10 minutes, I ended up having to come inside. Service desk said they were trying to get someone to help me ( or answer the phone) I was then told to go to the other pick up area- drove over there and waited. Nobody came, thought I was in the wrong place and drove to other end of the parking lot where I spotted an associate to ask where I should go, which is where I was when no one showed up. FINALLY someone came out and I was able to get my order Curbside pick up order took more than 40 minutes to pick up. I understand understaffing and wait times- but where is the communication?!

I purchased a John Deere rider at a different Lowes. A few weeks later I saw they were on sal for $200 less. I called the Lowes where I purchased it and was instructed to to show my receipt (on my phone) at Lowes in Oshkosh. I called Oshkosh before driving there and Carol in customer service handled everything over the phone. I was very impressed by Carol, and she saved me an unnecessary trip to the store! Thank you!

Needed some tools. I wasn't disappointed. I never feel ignored or pressured in this store as opposed to the local competitors. When I need help, I find it quickly. If your time is valuable, shop here.

Thank you for employing 2 special team members at the Oshkosh Lowes. First accolade goes to Chris from the garden lawn mower department- I called before we made the 40 mile trip in to check on the availability and he was extremely kind on the phone and he went out of his way to make sure the mower was available and he also made sure it worked! What a pleasure to work with such a nice person :) Being snowbirds our credit card was flagged as fraud!!! So it kept getting declined! What a mess!! So the Second accolade goes to customer service team member Rylee, who was able to straighten out our order with ease! She helped me clear out the declined purchase with the credit card fraud department- she knew exactly what to do -and did it perfectly with a smile! Again, what a joy and blessing to have had 2 special people help us with our transaction! Stores need more employees like Chris and Rylee :) Thank you again

Store is always cleans and the staff here is amazing. They are dog friendly and my dog ladybird loves coming to the store. They have a higher quality of products than menards. They always have deals on power tools.

No way Lowe's in Oshkosh should have a 3.5 rating. It almost seems like the customer is wrong and the employee is right. Only shop here if you like poor customer service, poor delivery and no attention to details.

Did you know your warranty begins on the day you purchase? So if you buy large appliances ahead of your move,factor that in. I got so burned on this! Also, they don't service or stand behind their refrigerators,even if they are damaged at delivery. I also found this out the hard way. Sadly I won't spend another dime at the Oshkosh,WI Lowes.

Went on Saturday to pay for 40-16’ boards plus delivery for Monday $79 . 1:30 Monday called . 1 lady said I picked it up , lumber supervisor said it was on truck 8-8 delivery times that he got off to a late start. Never no call Nothing! Called at 7:30 oh, they still can deliver til 9 now . Tuesday am went into Lowe’s talked with John mgr. Didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. Looked at computer screen and said we can get it there Wednesday. Sorry was not even mentioned. Do you all know what you’re doing? Customers come first. Should have at least said sorry I can give you delivery free our mistake. But no nothing . His reply so do you want to cancel this order. Omg go back to school on etiquette customer service.
