Mike took care of us very well. He kept us posted when the boat was being built and when it was delivered. He set us up to take the boat out and make sure in handled and everything worked the way it was supposed to. It was a good experience.

When we met Mike S. with Lakeside Marina at the Green Bay boat show. He listened very carefully and because they didn't have what we were looking for at this show, then gave us tickets to the Oshkosh boat show where he showed us the exact boat we were looking for - because they brought it to this show to specifically show us. With a few personal edits, they built the exact Godfrey boat we wanted. The whole experience from designing the boat to picking it up was great. They stayed in contact with us every step of the way. When our new boat was ready, they gave us a complete tour of our boat as well as test drove it and showed us all the bells and whistles!! They even helped us get it hooked up to our trailer to make sure that we transported it safely to our home. I definitely and highly recommend the ENTIRE staff at Lakeside Marina because they work together, as a team should, to give their customers the best experience and we never felt like they were just trying to make a sale. We are excited to get our new Godfey boat in the water, kick back and relax, cruise on the lake with family and friends as the motor is super quiet that you don't even know its on. HUGE shout out to the entire staff at Lakeside Marina and the crew at Godfrey that built our boat that will take us into retirement and beyond! Tina and Scott

Helpful and knowledgeable staff willing to do what they need to make your visit worthwhile. The boat we were interested in was outside. We looked at a bigger similar boat indoors and discussed the differences. We arranged a second visit and the boat had been brought in for us to look at in the showroom. This was during the winter so it was a significant effort on their part. I stopped in with questions several times and they were always there to help. E-mail and text communications were responded to promptly. They had the ability for us to customize an incoming boat exactly the way we wanted. There are a lot of big marina size boats here, but they carry much more than that and have both a large service and parts department.

My recent service experience at Lakeside, in particular with Tom Smock, was outstanding!! Tom worked with Chaparral to cover some fiberglass work that fell outside the one year warranty on my 3 year boat I purchased new from Lakeside. I highly recommend Lakeside Marina as a whole, from Sales to Service!
