We love all the staff at Lakeside! They go above and beyond to take care of my dog and always find a way to get him in when he needs to be seen!

I wont even give them one star, I have been taking my dogs there for the 20 plus years and they cant find my file. So they told me that i need to find a vet because they cant see my dog. This is very bad service and the staff is not compassionate. They will not even recommend where to go to get the dog taken care of.

We are getting a new dog after 12 years of not having a dog and come to fund our they are not taking any new clients. This is sad but true at this time.

Love this place. Have always been great to our pets. They got our 15 year old girl in for a seizure episode. They treat our pets just like one of their own.

This place has hit an all time low. All of the reviews about their awful receptionists is 100% true. Now they are hanging up on people who used to be customers when they are saying something they don't like. I have no idea what the office manager is doing, because even when I went there I talked to her several times about how unprofessional most of their receptionists are. I put up with this because of Dr. Terri, and Dr. Adam who now are both gone. I didn't even know Dr. Adam left, but good for him. He was too good for that place. I have to add this as a warning because I don't want anyone to go through what I did. The last cat I took in was seen by a female vet I had never seen before, and she inserted my cats feeding tube incorrectly. When I called with my concerns the techs pretty much blew off my concerns. My cat was dead a day later. I took photos of the insertion site, and when I called a different vet for their opinion on what happened after explaining what was happening to my cat while the tube was in. He believed the food and water I was pushing through the tube was getting into his lungs. He went in with dental issues, and died 48 hours later with no real cause of death from the vet. It all happened so fast, and I was So devastated that it took me a day or two to make that call after I was calm enough to explain every detail. Please consider somewhere else to take your pets.
