Accidentally left my phone on the bathroom changing table & drove off on our all-day excursion. No worries!! Called & spoke with Gail. She not only immediately retrieved my phone but said that they would keep it safe for me until I could pickup. Thank you Gail & everyone @ KwikTrip #741 !!!!

Very poor customer service. I guess after COVID, it was harder to be as picky with the hiring process as before so now it’s just put anyone out there. Only gave two stars because they had good coffee.

Kwik Trip used to be known for clean bathrooms but that is no longer the case. Seems like they have less staff which might explain the lack of bathroom attention. Truthfully I try to avoid Kwik Trips now because they are always busy and the quality has suffered. When you see bugs flying around in the donut case and the bathrooms are filthy you look for a new place to fuel up and grab a bite to eat. Sad because they used to be great!

I really don't want to write a review of this nature but I have to do it because it's just gotten to the point where I have to. And I'm sorry to the employee I'll be talking about here, but I can't take it anymore.There is an employee here who wears way too much perfume. And I don't want to be mean about it, but to that woman I would say: try to look at this from the perspective of someone who walks into the store and doesn't like the smell.It assails my nostrils the second I walk in; no matter where I go in the store I can smell it, and being at the register with her is like being choked in a cloud. I am sorry to have to say this in a google review, but that is too much perfume. And I usually have it so burned into my senses that I can smell it for hours afterwards (it's happening now).Either way the problem is solved because I will be super embarrassed to show my face in this store again any time soon after having written this.

The Kwik Trip on 20th Ave has an excellent selection of drinks! They have coffee, frappes, fountain drinks, milkshakes, smoothies, cold coffee, slushie-type drinks, etc. They have a variety of foods to eat, fresh fruit, produce, eggs, donuts, cheeseburgers, fried chicken, plus your usual snacks/chips, plus beer, sodas, water, energy drinks, milk, and fruit juices! The bathrooms and the main areas of the store are clean & tidy! The coolers always appear to be freshly stocked, as do the shelves. Additionally, the staff is nice, friendly, helpful, and courteous! The service is always outstanding even when they are extremely busy!!

This Kwik Trip use to be pretty good. However, at 10:50pm if not maybe a little after 11pm me and 2 other friends arrived at to eat since we barely had anything that day, the chicken sandwhich was not taken off the shelf when it was suppose to be. 3 people have food poisoning and I’m the one who took the wrappers and proof of food poisoning and all I get is a $10 gift card and told that it probably didn’t exactly come from them?My boyfriend use to work at kwik trip. Please explain why your night shifters weren’t doing their job and making sure the food was taken off the hot shelf 5 min prior to the time it’s suppose to. And no, my food at home wouldn’t give me food poisoning if that was the case my friends wouldn’t be sick either.I’ll be contacting the big wigs of kwik trip of this incident. To add: The store lead was rude - I would like to be contacted by somebody from Kwik trip corporate.

I don’t write negative reviews unless the experience is truly horrible. I love kwik trip, every one but 20th st. The store manager needs to go. More than once I have brought it to her attention that the store was a mess, hot food still out way past the sticker time, coffee buzzer going off with no one addressing it. there were fruit flies on the donuts one time, that was nasty. I get that it is a busy location. Every time I have talked to her she has brushed it off and walked in back. 20th is the worst kwik trip I’ve ever been to. Pull it together and hire a new manager. Gross. Unacceptable.
