Thank you to Don and the staff at Jacobson Auto Sales. My car had reached its limit and I needed a different one. I called and explained I hadn't purchased a car by myself since my husband died. They asked what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. They got back to me with options. I went and test-drove a car with some of my family. I purchased the car and it came with a 6-month warranty. Two months later I had a concern about the air conditioning. I took it in and they checked it out. They had me drop it off for repair. They found out it was the air conditioning compressor. They ordered a new one and gave me a loaner car. This was covered by the warranty, including the loaner car. I have my car back and it is operating beautifully. Highly recommend! We were looking for a Prius Prime and, unlike other dealerships, they knew about the federal tax credit for electric vehicles. I was very impressed. They worked with us and were up front and honest about what they could and couldn't do. When it's time to replace our other car, we will be looking at Jacobson.

I wanted to give a shout out to Jacobsen Auto Sales. They are top notch and have been trustworthy and up front in every transaction we have had with them. Most recently they helped us out with a frustrating situation we had at a dealership who was supposed to be fixing our car under warranty, that we had recently purchased from Jacobsen. That dealership did nothing but tack on an aggravating, ongoing bill that did not even fix the issue. One call to Jacobsen and they were on it and helped us out tremendously. From my experiences, they have fantastic customer service and I would buy from them time and time again. I highly recommend Jacobsen Auto Sales to anyone interested in buying a used car.
