I just moved to the area and needed some routine maintenance done on my car, I read the reviews for J and R and decided to go here. I highly recommend J and R, the key drop made dropping off my car convenient and they texted and called me giving me an estimate before proceeding which I appreciated no surprises at check out. I also really enjoyed that they followed up with me a couple days later to make sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend the prices were reasonable and customer service is great.

You get the care and treatment at J&R as if you were family. I had an intermittent issue with my SUV, which finally came to a head, and was fixed promptly. I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my vehicle.

I dropped my vehicle off asking to have exhaust repaired, $180+ later I have putty and a clamp band over my rotting exhaust, muffler still has pinhole leaks and my heat shield still hangs by a thread and bounces off my midpipe. Went to pick up my car and they said they changed bulbs and charged me, all without my request or a heads up. "Before you leave a bad review, we can remove the bulbs" was the weird way they tried to handle it. Disappointed - I can easily change my own bulbs, and any child can slather on some JB Weld, but not everybody can consider the customer or their requirements, and that was directly my experience with JR Auto.

Never again with these hacks. Car was in multiple times with a oil leak. Took it somewhere else after there J&R 3rd failed attempt and they laughed at the amount of rtv on the timing chain cover so yeah avoid this place at all costs

Phenomenal service. Katie and crew are awesome and get to the vehicle on appointment day unlike others in the area. Never pushing work that’s not needed, friendly staff, and repairs done right the first time. Always go above and beyond expectations which is appreciated. The follow-up messages are nice as well to verify vehicle is running great after the repairs.
