“This store was very helpful and nice. I had a bad experience with the store in Fond du Lac, so I went to this store instead. I will be going to this store in the future. The people there were very helpful and took care of the problem with the phone in a matter of minutes. Great customer service.”
“I visited this store with my 80 yr old father to upgrade his 3G flip phone. We spoke to two reps, Alexander (Day 1) and Jessica (Day 2). They were both phenomenally helpful and patient. Jessica not only investigated his account to maximize service and minimize cost, she also laughed at his terrible jokes and reassured him that if he had any trouble with the new technology, all he had to do was come back to the store and she would help him. Jessica let us try out various cases and did as much setup as she could in the store, all courteously and patiently and, best of all, adjusted volume for my hard of hearing dad. Highly recommend this store, particularly if you're supporting your folks or grandfolks.”

“The gentleman at the counter was friendly, all things considered. There was a customer that kept making rude remarks to staff and customers, which made the experience a little tense. You could tell the employee was stressed/uncomfortable due to this unruly customer. However, the employee kept his cool, and maintained a positive attitude, so for that I am giving 5 stars.”
“Love coming to this location. They're always helpful and, inspite of how long the wait could be or how many more are in line after you, they take the time to figure out a course of action for you based on the objective of your visit.
My husband got Mike about a week ago, who answered a ton of questions for him, without placing any pressure for a sale. This helped us figure out our next course of action. We subsequently returned today and got Crystal, who, with a full house, still took the time to work with us and our objectives. We walked out of there having upgraded our phones, added new services, and somehow still managed to bring our monthly bill down. Whatever the leadership is doing at this location, it's working. You've got amazingly dedicated and kind team members!”
