Do not pick the person in the kilt. He was very rough with combing my 7 year old son’s hair to the point my son had tears in his eyes and even told him that the combing hurt. This person did not seem to care at all. After the cut was finished, we noticed that there were pieces hanging in his face that he missed. He had to recut those pieces. He seemed rude and in a hurry to get the cut done. We’ve had some good stylists prior to this visit but we will not return to this salon after this experience.

Lovely people and great service each time. We're hard-pressed for time and don't always get to book til last minute. I love how you don't have to wait unnecessarily in the store. We book online, then show up when it's our turn. Which works for our family. Though our kids have ethnic hair, they've been able to give us decent haircuts each time according to our specifications. Will return.

First off, needed an appointment and there was only one hairdresser, all appointments were taken through the day and we are from out of town. 2nd, the hairdresser of the day was very snobby to me just for asking, i had never walked into this place before and didn't know the procedures, so I asked. It seems like big city salons don't like small town gals.

never been to great clips or know how it works so i called in to set up an appointment and the lady sounded fed up with her day and was very pissy and sassy. she rudely told me to go online and hung up. i was going to give great clips a shot, thankfully i didn’t have to leave my house:)

Jess and Eric(? I feel bad I only had him once but he was so pleasant to chat with) are wonderful as well!

Perfect place just to have your hair! But they know what they're doing and my hair turned out perfect I don't let anybody cut my hair but I thought I'd take a chance and it was a good chance a good experience!! Thank you Lexi!!
