“I stopped at this Kwik Trip location to refuel and use the restroom. I found that the staff is very friendly and greeted me with a smile. The Bathrooms were kept very clean. I found no complaint there. i grab a cold beverage from their cooler, check out. The staffed thanked me for stopping in. I was very happy with how they treat their guest. “Love,love,LOVE this gas station. The owners rock! Great products, and now they have a new pub and grill attached next door! This is rapidly becoming my favorite stop in the area!”
“The parking for trucks is limited. The parking spots are spacious But have the backing off of passenger side to get into them. The men’s bathroom was not very clean. Garbage is filled up at the top and all three garbage cans. Was out of paper towels to wipe your hands. The floor was dirty and so were the sinks and mirror. The coffee was OK not as clean as other Kwik Trips just in the Wisconsin area. I did inform an employee about the bathroom. And they went in there right away to take care of it. I also did point out to another employee about the coffee area. And that was taken care of promptly. I understand this is a very busy station, but I have seen busier stations that are able to keep up with the mess. Thank you for your great service, good food, and coffee.”

“The last time I was here, I was very sick. I was pulling a camper with 3 kids with me. I was stranded and very ill. I was waiting for my wife to come from sheboygan. Come to find out, my appendix ruptured, and this place was very nice in letting me leave my camper there until I could get someone to pick it up. I had emergency surgery the following day. I am just so pleased with how they were helpful and understanding of my situation. Thank you. I always stop here when driving through just because I'm so thankful. Not to mention the great selection of food and drinks. And great staff. Thank you, everyone. I truly appreciate the help and understanding.”

“The ladies at this Kwik Trip are absolutely amazing after a bad experience with the Kwik trip in omro where I live. I turned to them to order a sheet of pumpkin bars that omre refused to pull from their freezer to sell. They not only pulled the pumpkin bars from their freezer. They also were kind enough to individually box them for me and deliver them to my car without complaint. I would highly recommend this Kwik Trip they are absolutely amazing!”

“I teach supply chain management (SCM) courses, and quality management is one of the most important topics in SCM. The Pioneer Marina exhibits all of the qualities of a top service provider. We have been fortunate to have a slip and outdoor storage at the Pioneer Marina for the past three years. On a scale of 1-10, I give this marina a 10 for quality. This excellent quality starts with the manager, Sean. Sean has been a great source of information on all boating-related issues. He has been extremely patient, encouraging, and friendly—these are critical skills when dealing with new boaters. Also, Sean has done a superb job of hiring his staff. I have often interacted with Preston, Garrett, Bill, Gino, Craig, Addison, Ella, & Smith. They all embody the same friendliness and customer skills that Sean exhibits daily. The conditions of the facility (docks, changing rooms, Tiki bar, etc.) are excellent. The value that we receive for our money is very high. This business is one of the best-managed places where we have spent money since moving here in 2001. Sean and staff, you are superstars! Also, thanks go out to Art and the other owners--you have done a superb job of making this a top-notch marina.

“I didn't know you could have a particularly good experience at a gas station, but I have stopped here a couple times while working EAA. I don't know if he owns it, but the gentleman working the register has been there every time I have stopped and he is so sweet and friendly. It's in a great spot off the highway. Highly recommend.”

“Honestly this place has a lot of good options and a lot of stuff that I needed the only thing I will say is that if you go in there for Vapes most of the time they will be dead or they won't work. You'll walk out of the building and try to hit it once in the Vapes will be dead.”

“Out of the seven Kwik Trips in Oshkosh this one is by far is my favorites.For one thing it doesn't have multiple doors you have to go through just to get in.Also there's smaller shelves with less stuff there so you won't get distracted trying to choose what to buy.In addition as I point out in most of my reviews the layout of the place is far more efficient, with the hot and ready food stand placed further away from the doors and the discounted stuff up closer to the register. Nice touch by the way.The bathrooms aren't hidden in a corner, they're in plain sight so you don't get lost.Also, since this location is further out on the west side I know of some things that won't run out right away.Sure parking is a bit of a mess but sometimes it's worth it.”

“Good price on gas. The lady in front of me was paying for her gas with loose change and her daughter wanted some candy. She told her daughter no to the candy (assuming money was tight and couldn't swing it) the owner gave the child the candy at no charge. We need more kindness like that in the world today.”
