The branch manager cared about making me feel like I belonged with them.dont like their policy about not being able to use debit card Makes it to hard to pay for things that cant be done in person.

Very friendly and helpful. I had Fortifi bank for about 3 decades now. Have had multiple personal loans and personal banking with them throughout the years. Never a problem or glitch with them.
