My mother Debra Baldwin’s funeral was held here today. At the end of the service, we got told that we had to be out by 6pm, because of another commitment. We were locked out by 530 and watched the older gentlemen leave in his truck. We didn’t even get our sympathy cards. Had a great meal brought in by family, and the actual funeral service was wonderful.

John was AMAZING! My grandfather died suddenly and we as a family had no idea what we were doing. John was quick in retrieving my grandpa and ensured us that he was safe and peaceful. He walked us through our options and was very patient and kind. Only a couple of us wanted to see him to say our goodbyes and he quickly and gladly arranged for us to see him. He was treated with the utmost respect! They handled everything for his military honors and everyone we dealt with was beyond compassionate. My family had been choosing this home for years and now I understand why! I couldn’t imagine better people to care for my loved one! THANK YOU!

Go anywhere else but here. Not helpful, I had to make most of the arrangements myself. They made a very difficult time worse for my entire family.

Planning a funeral is so overwhelming, and one of the saddest things we have to do as humans. John Hueller from Fiss and Bills helped my family every step of the way as we laid my Mother to rest. He put us all at ease, and was able to accommodate a large number of people for the funeral and luncheon. And then assisted at the cemetery for her burial. We gave my Mom a beautiful send off; much thanks to John.

Recently there was an unexpected death of a loved one. I had only ever worked with a local funeral home in the past so I had no experience with any other one. This funeral home was beyond helpful during an unexpected loss. They helped answer any questions and helped out in any questions we had. If they didn't have the answers they were able to find someone who did. They also offered online streaming of the service itself for those who could not attend in person. I HIGHLY recommend this funeral home.

Unfortunately my best friend lost her husband at the young age of 35. A few things regarding their wishes had been talked about a few years ago. Going to the funeral home to plan a funeral is extremely stressful when the death is so unexpected. Fiss& Bills Pklansy was a great please to work with! They were very accommodating and helping with nagivating through the many questions that had arose over the last week. I cannot speak highly enough about all of interactions with them and how helpful everyone there has been. Even yesterday which was the day after the funeral they were super helpful with making sure we could get extra thank you cards right away. Thank you to all the staff you have been so helpful during this difficult time!

I want to say thank you to Tiffany. This was an extremely difficult time for my family but Tiffany helped us all the way through. She was patient with us and gave us all the time we needed for our last goodbyes. Thank you for all the care you gave!

Recently held a memorial service for my loved one here and everything was top notch. From start to finish John was more than willing to go out of his way and help me figure out things I would have had no idea of where to begin at. E.g. what has to be done if someone dies in a different city. Throughout the entire process he kept me informed and allowed myself and Angie’s loved ones to decorate and set up as they felt Angie would love it. The memorial went off without a hitch and everyone loved it. Special Thanks John.

Have attended and been personally involved with multiple funerals here. The staff are very professional. John is absolutely amazing to work with. I recently attended a free informational seminar at this establishment which involved legal advice in creating Living and financial Wills and Trusts!
