  My very large and heavy package was delivered to my neighbors house. I yelled to the FedEx driver while running after them, "wrong house. You delivered to the wrong house.   Tracking said my package would be delivered on Monday. It is now Friday and no delivery. Customer service is useless almost impossible to get a human. Apparently my mattress is just on a truck driving around the valley for 4 days. Gave my bed away Sunday to make room for the new one that was supposed to be here Monday before... read full comment

  FedEx said they tried to deliver 3 times to my business and said we were closed. That was a lie. No Fed Ex truck even came down the road. (We have cameras that record every vehicle on our rural road.) Either they can't find our location or the driver didn't bother to try.
