Helen is amazing! She's bubbly, kind, and makes you feel comfortable. Easy to make an appointment online! Helen started my nails, did most of the work. Then Tracy came to finish mine while Helen was moved to start another customer. Tracy didn't smile, didn't communicate what do next. When she was done, she got up, turned off the over head light and walked away. Left me to sit there with no direction. After about 5 mins, from the door she yelled, "you go now." She didn't check to see if my nails were dry, didn't tell me to wash my hands, and I was actually disappointed that she didn't apply any lotion. That's the best part! I will refuse to have Tracy have anything to do with my visits in the future. If she insists, I'll go elsewhere

Very disappointed with their SNS removal process. On their website it reiterates over and over that’ll it maintain the health and integrity of the nail that they use special products and techniques. She took a fake nail tip slipped it under the fake nail and slide it across so not only did my nails rip but they are extremely damaged. I was not charged she said it was a gift for my unborn baby but I did express how I was very bummed bc this is something I could have done at home.

I'm a bit conflicted as I've been there in the past and had no issues. I was there this past Sunday with my mom. 5-5-24. My mom hasn't had a pedicure since I was a year old so it's been while. When we got there for our appointments they were busy. Fine I get being busy. I mentioned to the woman that did my mom's pedi that she has a hearing loss so you might want to speak up for her to hear you better. My mom also has a health issue where her joints are a little stiff but bit not Rock hard. She did the best she could but it was hard with all the noise of the salon, the mask the lady was wearing, but mostly the fact she spoke really quiet. The guy doing mine hardly spoke to me at all which wasn't the worse thing since I had to pay attention to the woman doing my mom's. The massage was subpar and felt super rushed. The hot rocks felt great but while my legs got a message my feet them self were totally neglected. He didn't even finish my pedi. He left to go start another one while another lady came to trim around my nails and paint them. And the polish is wearing off already on a few nails. And it's patchy so that is probably why it's wearing off on a few. I've had great experiences here before so I was super disappointed that this time was rushed.

The people working there are very nice, but I sadly didn’t really like my nails. They are different to the reference photo. I did ask for them to be shorter, but the shape is not right, the color does not match, and I did not get my nails cleaned. I have white nail paint in the sides of my cuticles, and the sides of the nails were not painted right. I came in late so maybe that is why the lady rushed to get my nails done. I’m sure they are very good at their job but I would say make sure you like how they are looking at all times and do not just “trust the process”.

After being at this salon 3 times in a row, I would highly not suggest going here. They push you to get what you weren't coming in to get. To take off my dip, they made me place my hands in boiling water. After I said it was too hot, they insisted that I keep my hand in the water. You could tell they were rushing and annoyed the entire appointment. Once my nails were finished and I was ready to pay, no eye contact was made and they didn’t even tell me my price. They reached for my card, watched me give a tip, and walked away without saying thank you or have a nice day. I don’t recommend this salon if you are expecting good customer service and the nails that you hope to get done.

The place was clean but, the person that did my nails didn’t know how to do french nails that is what i wanted. I did acrylic nails and she tried almost 10 time u til she got it. That is not the important problem though, the acrylic normally are 45 or 50 dollars but for the french ones she did 62 dollars so i was like okay but I didn’t give her a tip because it was not worth it. But i supposedly paid 62 but after i checked my credit card and they took 74 dollars when i did’t put any tip and i clearly saw that was 62. That is unacceptable and i’m disappointed, not going again!!!

First time in. Was in and out in less than an hour for a full set of acrylics.. she rushed through my nails. All lumpy and crooked right before my Easter trip. Sadly another low quality nail salon with nail “techs” with no license.

Andy & Jaleah are both fantastic! Went in last minute for a couples pedicure. They were extremely accommodating, attentive, & friendly. They did an excellent job, both of us were very satisfied with their work.

I went here a few times. I decided after the first time, because I didn’t like the experience too much. I’d give it another try, I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, and maybe I’d have a good experience the next time. I was wrong, the second time I went in, I was very rudely told by one of the men who worked there, when I was getting an acrylic set placed, and I noticed one was pretty crooked, I politely said something, to which he responded “no it’s not crooked, your fingers crooked” (which it’s not, he just didn’t want to re-do the nail) then I got nothing but attitude and ignored from that nail tech the remaining time I sat there. Not to mention the first time I was there, the lady I had the first time was talking about how “black people don’t know how to raise their children.” Like man this place is ridiculous. I’ll never go back. Honestly giving them a one star is too generous.

i wouldn’t recommend this place at all to anyone. i went there for simply just to get my dip off and they got a bowl out for me to soak and after it was “done” they said ok that’s it. not did one person actually sit down and help or cut and file my nails. nor did they even want to file the rest of the dip off and still charged me for it. everyone was very rude and when i went to pay she was even mean to me then like she had no time for me at all. if i could give this place a zero star, i would.
