Top notch service. Top notch body repair. The turn around time on a smaller job like ours was amazing. Ryan and his crew did not disappoint. We have had them do body work in the past. This three generation family Oshkosh business has a great deal to be proud of. We highly recommend them.

Had a pretty decent gouge in my rear quarter panel of my SUV (thanks Walmart parking lot) that required body filler and repaint. I was skeptical of what kind of results I'd get back from their work but I was pleasantly surprised! They did a wonderful job repairing the damage and managed to keep the body lines the same! The paint job was pretty good. A little more of an orange peel finish that I'd like but I'm going to give it a few months to see if the paint will settle in. My only gripe with the shop is they never kept me informed about anything, and the job went from a quoted 2 day turn around, to 4....and again, never bothered to call me about it. That left me wondering and worried about what was going on with my truck and when it was going to be completed. But they managed to knock off nearly $100 off the quoted estimate (which was already quoted at a great deal!) due to not having to remove the rear bumper, and the end result of the job was satisfactory. I'd return to Don's again. Hopefully next time they'll do better with keeping me updated.Thanks Don's Autobody!!Services: Body & Trim

Replaced mirror here and it didn't match my original mirror. I pointed it out and asked to have corrected and they brushed me off. Lazy customer service here, I'm not going back. The office was small, dirty and unorganized. Seems to me they upcharge for sales.

I will forever recommend this place to anyone needing auto body work. I had an accident and needed a lot of work done on my vehicle. They worked well with my insurance and got me in as early as they could. They even called to get me in a week earlier than scheduled which was super nice of them to do!When it came to the actual body work it is flawless! Paint matches perfectly and parts they used look brand new after the job was done. There is not even a shred of evidence I was ever in an accident! My car prior to this visit was really messed up on the entire left side and it looks just like they day I bought it now! Amazing!They looked for ways to save me money as well and offered fair pricing through an honest and upfront estimate. Don's Auto Body and everyone that works there are great and made this whole process absolutely painless!10/10 Thank you all so much for the care and work that went into my vehicle!

My son is a student at UW Oshkosh, he is not from the area and needed some minor repair work done. They treated my son with respect and understanding. I give this shop high marks for quality and integrity. I know where to send my son if anything goes wrong.
