Staff up front and in pharmacy are nice but the public restroom is nasty. Looks like it has been a while since last cleaned. Also both soap dispensers were empty. Do we not wash our hands here??? A lot of empty shelves here as well. The only reason it gets 2 ⭐️ is the staff.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. What I could do without is the daily 130-2 close... they need to find a way to stop doing this. What an incredible inconvenience for their costumers. I can't tell you how many times I'm driving past and need to get meds and it's my only opportunity to get them that day or maybe even week.. only to find them closed in the middle of the day. I then have to stand around and wait or come back later.

The store seems like it's well stocked and the employees are friendly but the place needs to be cleaned right away. The bathroom I have gone in and checked for the last 30 days and these pictures are not just a couple days old. It has consistently looked like this.

I’ll start by saying, the pharmacy people are great, but that’s where it ends. I shopped for a while and saw no one working on the mess everywhere or the bare shelves. It actually looks like they’re going out of business, the shelves are nearly empty.
On top of that, the girl at the check out counter (long dark hair-about 11am 5/7/24) was so fricken rude I thought she was kidding… really. It was about the most uncomfortable check out experience I’ve ever had which is just a weird thing to say. At the end I grab my bags leaving the basket behind, she shoves the basket back at me and says “put this back where you got it” I replied with “what” because I thought she was joking, and she said louder “put this back where you got it!” I said you want me to walk all the way to the back of the store, back to the pharmacy to return a basket? I just spent $2XX and have my hands full of bags, there was also not a basket place near the check out or I would have just done it automatically.
She’s like - just put it in the entryway, there’s a spot.
This girl needs to pretend to work out of the public eye. She was useless. Wont be returning for my RX here (this wasn’t the first time shopping there and the first time wasn’t much better). Disappointing.

Closing for lunch is ridiculous! Hire staff and rotate lunch time like every other retail store does (except CVS locations)

When a company messes up, they need to fix it. I had a pretty inconvenient and frustrating purchase. I have the manager the details and he stepped up and got it done. He absolutely did the right thing. As a business owner, consultant and entrepreneur, kudos to the manager. He did right by me!! Thank thank you

I needed medications in a hurry my usual pharmacy was out(as usual) so I switched my prescription to CVS. the staff was wonderful and expedited the order. I have since switched all of my prescriptions here.

Was accused of trying to commit fraud for wanting to buy a gift card for more than $250. Why would CVS even offer them for more than that amount? Why would you count on 1000s of front line employees to enforce this instead of just pulling them from the shelves or programming the POS system to not accept them? I have a strong suspicion this employee went rogue and cost your store not only a sale, but a customer.

CVS on 9th is great. Made the switch from Walgreens to CVS and glad I did. They've always had my medication in stock and I hardly ever have to wait.

The pharmacist is always pleasant enough. It is this female, middle aged tech with frizzy, long, gray hair that is just horrible to deal with. She is extremely rude on the phone, and even more rude and dismissive in person.I have lost prescriptions, one very important prescription and am in a bit of a panic and she was mocking me, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME.My demeanor is pleasant and I do not deserve this type of treatment.I will record her behavior every time I visit CVS now and blast it on social media.If you want to know who these reviewers are talking about when they give bad reviews regarding employees, this is who they are talking about.She was working this location 11/11/2022 at 1pm.
