Best auto repair in Ripon and Green Lake. We called about a battery replacement and they took us immediately. We also needed a battery mount as well which they quickly found and replaced. Thanks guys!

Got home after my oil change and discovered I was charged for an extra quart of oil. I called and the tech could not remember how much oil he put in, so I was asked to bring my vehicle back. It was in fact overfilled, but my vehicle was taken in right away and after another complete oil change was completed to make sure the oil quantity was correct, they refunded my total charge from earlier! While I expected them to fix the problem, I didn't expect that! Well done, and thank you!

I always go to Cliff’s and encourage my sons to go there as well. However, yesterday I paid $78 to be told that Cliff’s could not fix my car and to go somewhere else. I’m not going to buy a diesel again; and I will continue to use Cliff’s for my future needs.

Becky at the front desk is great. She called and explained everything before and afterwards. I was treated with respect and not like a woman who didn't know anything. My car is running good, the brakes work good and the noise and clunking sounds are gone. This is my second experience with Cliff's and the drive is worth it.

Both the Staff at the Ripon and Oshkosh Cliffs went out of thier way to make it as convenient as possible to get a replacement tire for my damaged tire while traveling from out of state. I highly recommend their service.
