I have been a customer of Cellcom's for probably 15+ years. Up until now, I've never really had anything negative to say. In June, I went into the store, as I was due for a new phone. Being on disability, I didn't have much money to spend on one. The salesgirl talked me into your Moto G Pure android. I don't think I've ever regretted a purchase so much in my life. This phone has been a nightmare. It takes me 3+ tries of entering my password to check voicemails (yes, I know my password). Lately when I make calls, all I hear is static. The touchscreen is shot. When I do get a call through to somebody, they cannot hear me on the other end. Google maps constantly crashes while traveling. The camera crashes almost every time I try to take a picture. Etc. I returned to the store shortly after buying this phone and was told the 15 days return window had closed. You only get 15 days?? They could send it in for "repairs". Here's the thing, read the reviews on your own website about this phone. This is not an uncommon problem for this model. When others have had their phone sent in, it always come back the same. I am always current with software updates. The phone is just junk. It is criminal to even be selling people this phone. So, I left the store with my same phone. I ended up calling the customer care shortly after and telling them about my phone. I was told the exact same thing. Your 15 day return window has closed. We can have it sent in for repairs. I mentioned the other reviews of this phone and got silence. So now I am stuck with a barely usable phone that I have to pay for. God forbid I ever end up in an emergency situation, because this phone will most likely fail me.

The Cellcom on Koehler in Oshkosh is so Amazing! The customer service is so nice! Next time your shopping for a new a device. I recommend Cellcom in Oshkosh!

Went in to pay my bill. They also helped by showing me other options in phone plans. Printed the options for me to take home so I can take the time to pick the best plan for my family

The People here were somewhat professional and I mean this in a nice way because in the past I have not been happy when I left. So for their professionalism I give them a good rating as for cellcom, they are very much overpriced on their products and mediocre telecommunications service.

As soon as they knew I would not be wearing a mask in their store, they offered coming to serve me while I remained in my car. They were friendly and helpful. It would have been a 5 star review except for the mask being required for customers as well as staff. There was no discussion of any possible discounts offered, whether applicable or not.

An employee in the Oshkosh store ended up breaking a piece of my phone, and had it sent out for repair. They finally messaged after a month saying I have to pay for a new phone. I spoke with the manager and he said It was like that and all he did was clean it. Scamming is not a business. Suprising people can so heartless. Would recommend going somewhere else that will help you, not break you.
