“Austin's work was unbelievably good!

We gave him our car that we bought used at a dealership 7 years ago, and has gone though a whole lot of hard use in those years. He gave us back a car that was far, far better looking than it was when we bought it! His work is far, far better than big dealerships presale details. There were stains that I didn't even notice were there until I noticed they were gone! I have no idea how restored the finish on the outside so well either, especially the wheels.

We searched pretty hard but couldn't find a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. Austin far surpassed our expectations in every way.

“Always a positive experience - quick, pleasant staff, a good wash, and the best vacuums anywhere. I especially appreciate having vacuums on both sides of the parking. bays, as that really speeds up the job if you’ve got someone with you to help. The price for a monthly membership is very fair. My car has never been this consistently clean!”

“The best automatic car wash in Wisconsin. The brushes are safe to use if your vehicle has hood mounted stone/bug deflector, and door sun shades. However, if your vehicle is equipped with power fold mirrors, fold them in. The place is kept spotless, all the pumps work, and the customer service from all the emloyees is excellent and consistent. I have only had one minor annoying experiance here, which has happened elsewhere. I was allowed to purchase a car wash one early, cold, winter morning. Cold morning, not bone numbing cold when area car washes are closed. However, that morning the car was was closed. Since my vehicle has a 35.9 gallon tank, and COVID-19 had stimied travel. I did get back through there in time to use the wash I had previously purchased. Furthermore since this is a cardlock facility as well as one that is open with human customer service and a convience store from 5AM to Midnight, or 10PM. And my schedule ocassionally puts me through there when the facility is closed. I wish with all the electronic, pay at the pump, choices limiteting interaction with humanity. When the car wash is closed they should put a blurb on the information screen at the pump. So you don't pay $ 16.00+ for one and not get to use it. Cause the use by date has passed, you lost the receipt, Or have hassle the staff to comp you one based on the day you purchased it, it was closed, you lost the receipt, but you have a scan of it in Adobe, on your smart phone that decieds to default to stupid when you need to produce it. That's to complex and complicated! Putting a note or blurb up would be much simpler!”

“I stopped here on my way to the bank because they had a claw machine filled with Minecraft creepers. I wanted a little toy of like an off brand Pokémon looking thing with wings but the machine kept spitting my money back to me. The restroom was clean.”
