We used the Barr storage containers for our recent move, and it was fantastic. Kelly is very responsive, and had our containers dropped of and picked up so quickly when we were ready, our belongings were delivered in perfect condition to our new home. I would highly recommend.

Roof vents leaked water onto all of my items in the storage unit. I don’t have anything insured but insured or not you shouldn’t have to worry about the roof leaking. Heard multiple customers called for the same issue and they were not offering any good faith discounts or even a free month or two. Also the rep I spoke with did not seem very genuinely apologetic about their building issue. They are getting the problem fixed “eventually” but did not think to call tenants of suspected buildings to check in on their units once the first few calls came in.

We sold our house during the Covid-19 pandemic and needed space fast. We were moving into the storage unit within a few hours and it was quick and painless. Auto pay options are great and storage was clean dry and most of all secure! Would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Kelly was great to work with, always called back in a timely manner and was very accommodating. The driver was always punctual and able to fit the unit into our very narrow driveway. Would definitely recommend!

This came from our customer on 5/8/2016: With a quick job change and the need to pack things away within an extremely tight timeline I was in need of a flexible solution. I was going to have to finish the transition from one company and into another, 1000 miles away. Move our things out quickly but not bring them with us. We needed long term storage possibilities with temperature, bug and mice control. I didn't even have the time to bring in a rental truck and load it in a couple of days. It had to be flexible and yet rock solid protection. A local rental truck and regular storage unit just wasn't going to do. I was going to have to load the container over a couple of weeks in between my flights, meetings and limited days off. That's when we drove by the Barr facility and saw the containers. Once we spoke to Steve we knew this was the answer. They delivered the unit to our home on time with the upmost professionalism in handling of the container drop and the appearance and conduct of the men. My wife was amazed at their neat appearance. I placed tape on the drive were I wanted the container to sit and it landed perfectly on target. I was then able to load as time allowed. One of the key elements to the equipment was the ability to pick up the loaded container perfectly vertical to virtually eliminate load shifting. The container lift was effortless. Our container was a beauty. This was the perfect solution. Steve has been extremely helpful, informative, vigilant in getting back to us and available.
