Put my $20 into one of the machine and it didn’t give my coins in exchange. I told the cashier about it and she told me to write my name and phone number on a post it note for the manager to call me tomorrow and it’s been 3 days and no call. Disappointed.

So went to bp today got told I could not go in because we make a mess that we never did got told we could fill r water for a dog by two employees . I asked for the video of us making a mess they could not provide it note we r homeless and this is how we homeless get treated it is a shame will be coming to a lawsuit if this is not properly taken care of and would like the BP HQ to get back to with this matter

Cashier was extremely rude to my fiancée and myself, we were both in WI for work and my fiancée had not received his debit card associated with our job and the day before we were in there and the guy was able to type in the card info from his phone but today the guy pretty much called us liars and there was no way that they could have done that. We told him that we were just in the day before and he said, "Yeah, that's what everyone says". My fiancée told him that he didn't have to be so rude and then we went outside to try and figure out where another gas station was and then we decided to use cash, so we went to go back inside and told us we were banned for insulting him and said he was calling the cops.

Cashier was very rude to my husband. He missed the big sign on the door that said “please use the other door” and the old lady inside just looked at him with her mouth wide opened like she was dumbfounded. I get it it can be annoying when someone can miss a big sign like that but when you work in customer service you should not be mean about that. Especially when it was an honest mistake! Very sad to see the costumer service go so far down hill it’s literally the closet gas station to our house and we used to love going their. Not anymore I rather drive to Kwik Trip.

Cashier was RUDE! When looking for something to eat, I asked my husband if there were egg rolls. The cashier interjected saying “This isn’t Kwik Trip!!” There was no reason for her to say that to us! I left and will never go back. There are plenty of other gas stations to go to.

Stopped in with a low tire. What kind of half rate gas station charges $1.50 for air? Opted to hobble to the other near by stations. Guess I’ll keep going elsewhere to get fuel.

Be warned if you buy Juucy's here. Always, ALWAYS get your receipt. Bought over 50 here since my coworker introduced me to them. Never had issues with them before. Just had one die on me after 12 hours of me opening it. Most of that time I was sleeping too. Went in after my shift and explained the situation and was told there was nothing they could do about it as I did not have a receipt. 18 dollars wasted. Pretty sure I wasn't offered a receipt for it either but either way always ask for a receipt as that is the only way they will fix an issue with them selling defective tobacco products. These are cheaper buying online anyways so I'll be purchasing my Juucy product there from now on.

Great gas station. Clean, good selection of items and the best price on Oakie sunglasses anywhere. I stop at least once a year to get fresh glasses

I love their coffee here!! The store is clean and clutter free. The cashier in the morning is always so kind, which is refreshing.
