Did not inform us about the hold on our debit card that takes place from using your pumps. Now I'm $60 short (from $15 in gas!!) For the next "up to 7 days" according to the customer service line all because your attendant didn't tell me this would happen. Called the owner and he tried to tell me that I was the one who should've known and paid inside. How am I supposed to know if you don't have a sign or have your attendant ask before he runs our card?? I would've just used cash. This didn't happen at Kwik Trip and citgo last week, just saying. Sorry but that's the last time I'll be there..I'd rather be cold and pump my own gas than be short $60 until I get paid again. But "that's the way the world works" as he said to my wife.

I'm a BP fan and this gas station has won me over. The attendant came outside and washed my windshield for me...sweet. This is a full service gas station doing their best to maintain good customer service. I highly recommend them . They're immediately right off the highway.
