Would give zero stars if I could. Customer Service is awful Alex the cashier extremely rude when I had to go go back inside after waiting 5 min outside for my pre paid gas to load that didn't. Got snapped at that she was to busy with customers to load the pump and I needed to wait... guess when you go in to prepay just expect to sit outside in winter by your pump till they get around to it and wait on customers after you. If you feel the need to yell at customers for simply letting you know the pump didn't load yet you shouldn't be in customer service and need a new job

The greasy haired guy working the register is pompous and arrogant. No one needs your condescending remarks. You don’t have to say anything if you can’t be polite.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a gas station. Cashier was extremely rude for no reason. Will never come back and this person should be fired. Learn some respect!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. My husband read the cashiers name tag out loud and Alex They/Them had a melt down and replied those are my pro nouns didn't you go to primary school? He replied with yes and they proceeded to say then you should know what it means. I will never spend another dollar at this store. Good luck to the owners if this is the kind of customer service they encourage their employees to to have.

So I came to get gas for my lawn mower. They had a sign on the door that said to use the other door. I missed reading the sign. I tugged only door a few times and then a young curly haired clerk looked at me. I tried to ask if they were closing but I was unsure if she could hear me. She rudely gestures toward the door and finally saw the sign. However that was enough to tick me off. Horrible experience and the business owner/managers should be appalled she works for them.

Lol the negative reviews are heavily misleading.Firstly, your four year old brother literally cannot use the bathroom by himself because the door is very hard to open (and rightly so, because it's an outdoor bathroom that locks and closes itself). None of the staff would refuse a customer the right to use the bathroom, ever.Secondly, if it is not clear which register is open, then try opening your eyes for once to see the big yellow sign that says "NEXT REGISTER PLEASE". Even if you did go to the wrong register, you can walk to the other one in 10 steps. Trust me, I counted.Lastly, this place is not cramped; it's comfortable and compact. If you feel cramped in the store, then I'm guessing you live in a luxurious home with more space than you can imagine and you shouldn't be shopping at a gas station.
