The greeter at the door was super friendly and asked if we needed assistance and let us know if during our shopping if we needed assistance to let her know and she would send someone.We had some questions about the open box products they had available. The first person that helped us was not very knowledgeable and did not provide much information for us. The second employee that assisted us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

Beware of purchasing items for pick up. Items show pick up in 1 hr and are not available once you arrive. They do not have any way to contact another location on their availability before sending you to another location that shows it may be available. Don't waste your time. Order online or go elsewhere. Best buy needs to give their employees access to reach other stores to help out their customers.

They cancelled my online order after delaying it for a week with no explanation. Called and still didn’t get an explanation. Could’ve went to Walmart and gotten a TV three weeks ago and instead we’ve been without one because they decided to delay my order and then cancel it for no reason. The TV I tried to purchase is still listed on the website.

Better off using Amazon.Stock is low, nothing of decent value is being sold, if you physical copies of games then this certainly isn't the place to go - the list goes on.

Careful when you buy unlocked phones, if something is wrong with it or it's not right you have 15 days to return and they keep $45 of it. Got to read fine print. Plus on many electronics it's the same thing just they keep 15% of your return fee.. scammed me. And their warranties have so many limitations you can pay 100+ for a warranty and there is so many conditions you probably won't even be able to take what is under the warranty back. False advertising

I bought a laptop here as I was starting college & paid to have insurance on it incase anything were to happen to it. I ended up with a small crack in the top corner of the screen & immediately went to Best Buy to get it fixed. This was in September. The man at the desk over by geek squad said he could see on my receipt and in their system that I had paid for insurance but said “I don’t know how but your insurance just disappeared and isn’t there anymore” how does a person pay $200+ for insurance & it just magically disappears? They then asked me to pay $100+ to send my laptop in & get fixed. When I declined they then tried getting me to buy a whole new laptop while I waited for everything to get sorted out. It took 3 months of going back & forth with customer service to finally get my insurance back. Thinking that was the end of it I brought my laptop in to get fixed which they took & sent it out to be fixed which we were told it was being sent to Kentucky to be fixed. Which would be fine but when they sent it back they sent it to the wrong address. So my laptop got sent back to Kentucky to be reshipped to Best Buy in Oshkosh. When we called costumer service two weeks later they said my laptop had arrived that morning to Best Buy & I could go pick it up. When I got there to pick it up they didn’t have the laptop, & they couldn’t tell me where it was. I told the lil curly haired guy at the desk by geek squad that I had called & they said it was for sure delivered there. He laughed & said “you didn’t talk to anyone here” so I went home & called again where they then told me I could drive to Kentucky to pick it up myself if I’d like. Like what???? So the next day I go back to Best Buy & they indeed had my laptop & after months I finally got my laptop back. I went from September till the end of January without a laptop. That was an entire semester and part of the next semester without having what I needed to be successful in school. Although I do love my laptop & think it’s an amazing laptop, everything else about the experience was terrible. At this point I genuinely wish I could have just gotten my money back so I could get a laptop somewhere else.

Was well staffed, with each area having people go through frequently to help anyone who needs it, fairly high prices though.
