We were purchasing a new TV. We had done a little research and had a rough idea of what we were looking for. The salesman (I think his name was Dominick) was able to find a few options for our budget and find us the best bang for the buck.

I chose best buy for the purchase of a Roku tv because I thought the sales person would educate me in how to install it with my wifi. Unfortunately, I was directed to an apothetic young man who told me all I had to do was plug it in. My additional questions were answered with mumbling, rambling responses. Still trying to connect with wifi and ditch my cable box. Big disappointment!

Shout out to Noah one of the Sales associates in the Oshkosh store. I stopped in for a new cell phone and although this was not his area of expertise, he was very helpful and patient. Took care of me like a seasoned pro and I was on my way.

I was in Best Buy in Oshkosh, WI looking for some ideas for headphones, for my grandchildren. I wanted background noise-reducing headphones that would be great for movies and music. I came across a couple of displays for headphones and earbuds that made me stop and look at what they were offering..... Bose.. of course. Bose is known for its crisp, clear, bold sounds and now their advertising is as bold, strong, and attention-getting. Best Buy always has the best displays. They also have some great employees, that are friendly, informed, knowledgeable, and willing to help you select the "best buy." This is a nice store, their stock is always clean, organized, and up to date. The store is lit up well and it is very clean. The employees wear blue polo shirts, so they are always easy to find, when you need help.

ICalled about a specific item took 10 minutes to get to talk to somebody. They’re automated phone service is terrible. Then when I finally got somebody that was supposedly the expert on what I was looking for they knew very little..

We waited quite a while for help as there was no one in the television section, but they helped us find just the right universal remote. Easy to set up and works great on all three devices, and we didn't need to buy the most expensive one.

Went to the store to buy a computer specifically for GoPro videos. After expressing to the salesman when I upload my videos to my current computer they are all choppy he says I ill help you out. Great. He says the Dell Inspiron will work great for you. They don't have it in stock so I wait 3 days for it to come in the mail. It finally arrives I plug in my SD card from the camera the videos are so choppy I can't even watch a single video. How does someone working in the computer department have no knowledge what they are talking about about. Very disappointed

Got a great deal on a new Galaxy Watch here. Customer service has actually improved. I used to be in there for 20 or 30 minutes waiting g for help.
An associate actually approached me for help within minutes. I was happily surprised.
They did a decent job of helping.
Checkout was a breeze.
