Employees are friendly, informed, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, polite, and willing to help. They are easy to find in blue polo shirts and can provide advice and find options for a budget. They help select the best bang for the buck and can also install phone protectors. It is a nice store for a pleasant shopping experience.

Lifetime warranty is great, but don't go to the store unless it's under 15 days from the purchase date. They won't help you with an exchange unless you paid for Geek Squad coverage. I didn't even have it for 2 months and my charger stopped working.
