As soon as I walked into the dealership, Sean walked over to me and asked me if I needed help with anything. I told him I was looking to trade in my vehicle for a newer one. From there it was nothing but a great experience getting to know him. One week later, I walked out with my new vehicle. He was very kind, patient and answered all my questions. This was a great experience, and I will definitely go there again.

If you want excellent, non stressful service you have to ask for Michael B. Typically in my mind, car dealerships are shady businesses staffed by people who are trying to rob you. I have stories, and I am sure most of us do as well. Michael will take the time and make sure you get the best deal that YOU want. Cannot recommend any higher.

If you’re going to buy a car from here ask for Sean. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. The car buying process was simple and straightforward. I even got an upgraded protection package that included a coating to protect my paint, and they are drove out to Green Bay while I was at work picked up the car, left me with a car to use for the time being, and applied the protection for no extra cost! I would definitely buy from them again

I've been a customer of Bergstrom for a decade. Bought my 2015 Highlander from Bergstrom Toyota of Oshkosh. I've been religiously taking it in for service appointments to this dealership because of their service. Recently, purchased new tires in October of this year for their fall deal of 4 for the price of 3. Only a few weeks later after getting these tires, I had a flat, due to a nail on the roadway. Somehow I didn't realize it until I got home after driving 30 minutes on a deflating tire. I called Bergstrom, and I brought my vehicle to the Ford Bergstrom in my town. Fred at Oshkosh Bergstrom arranged for the Ford dealership to put on my spare tire, drive my vehicle down to Oshkosh, ordered a replacement tire (it was under warranty for road hazard) AND arranged for someone to drop off a beautiful loaner vehicle for the weekend until I could get my Highlander back today with the new replacement tire. I was so grateful for all of this stellar service. I am forever grateful for this team and for Fred's help!

We recently had our car totalled and we're looking to get it replaced with the same Toyota Rav4. We called and talked with Jaron initially to ask if they had the one we were interested in and he said they had one on the lot currently and we could come in and take a look if we wanted to. He made sure the vehicle was out front and ready for us, was very friendly and polite and able to provide answers to all questions we had. He was able to make it work with us waiting on our payment for our totalled car to be able to hold the car until that comes in so we won't lose it in the time between then and when we can put our down payment in. Very open and honest, definitely glad we found this dealership.

We had our RAV4 serviced today at Bergstrom. Pete Evert was our service rep and did an outstanding job. He made sure all our concerns were addressed and offered us all the allowances that were available. Pete is personable, professional, and a definite asset for the Bergstrom family. I desperately needed a new car and Sean was able make that happen quickly. Sean explained everything very thoroughly during the process and he also took the time to go through the different settings with me in my new vehicle. The Bergstrom Toyota - Oshkosh team has always been welcoming to me and I highly recommend that everyone goes to this location. The entire team is great and I want to give a shout out to Fred for always going above and beyond for me. He goes out of his way to make sure that I receive the highest quality of service by ensuring that all my questions and concerns are answered honestly before I leave. Fred has been like a car dad to me for over two years for both of our Rav 4s. Thank you Fred for everything that you do!!

I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with Bergstrom Toyota, especially working with Mike Bond in sales! I have gotten 2 vehicles from here before working on my 3rd and worked with Mike both times. Mike and the finance team were not able to find a bank that was fees-able for me which is my fault. Even after not being approved through their banks, Mike didn’t give up on me and think this was a waste of his time. He kept open communication after I left that day, explained things to me in great detail so I knew all my options and overall there was NO PRESSURE! 10/10

Car shopping, and everything involved with the process, stresses me out. Thankfully, I had Brian Lehmann as my sales advisor. He helped make everything so incredibly easy and enjoyable. We will be heading back to Bergstrom to work with Brian in the near future to purchase a second vehicle. I highly recommend Bergstrom Toyota of Oshkosh, and I would definitely ask for Brian! We had a great experience renewing and upgrading our RAV4 lease. We worked with Sean and he went above and beyond for us. We needed to wait for our lease to come in and his communication was very thorough. He called with updates often and was always able to answer our questions! Great customer service and communication. Overall an absolutely wonderful experience, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Toyota RAV4 hybrid! We worked with Sean. He was very informative and thorough! We were actually out of the country on vacation when our vehicle came in. Sean worked with us over the phone and e-mail to make sure we were all set to pick up when we got home. Everything just went so smoothly. Sean is a genuine great guy! He took the time to set us up on the Toyota app and go over every single feature our vehicle has. He even called to check in with us a few days after purchasing to make sure we loved our new vehicle and didn’t have any questions. That’s outstanding customer service!

I had a great experience working with Sean. He presented all of the options and add ons to accompany the car without being overly pushy. Excellent experience. We called about a car we saw in their inventory on Toyota’s website. Our salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He kept us well informed about the vehicles status and helped coordinate accessories we desired to be installed. The delivery experience was very good as well. Frankly I could not have asked for more. I have bought cars from 5 different Toyota dealerships and looked at cars at many more. Some places will not get my repeat business. I would not hesitate from using the team at Bergstrom Toyota again.
