Everyone that I met with at Bergstrom is truly professional in every way. They were all knowledgeable, informative, easy to work with, and I truly felt like they had my best interest at heart, and that they wanted me to find the right vehicle for me. There was no pressure put on me to purchase at any time just a willingness to answer my questions. If they weren’t sure of some thing, it did not take them long to find the answer. I just stopped to look at some vehicles, and I didn’t really intend to purchase, but I found the car that was right for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Bergstrom auto to anyone looking for a vehicle to purchase.

The newly renovated Nissan building is absolutely beautiful! Great atmosphere and positive vibes! The receptionist, Sales Advisors, and management were all upbeat and had smiles on their faces! This was an amazing car buying experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ?

Sales representative Derek was amazing! Managers Mike and Mitch were outstanding. I could tell the other manager Branden was new but he was also very nice and meant well. Overall fun atmosphere and great car buying experience. I will be coming back to Bergstrom Nissan in Oshkosh for my future cars as well.

A little different than normal because I have a Nissan and there was a sign at the service door to go to Honda service next door. Did that, had to wait a few minutes for someone to appear and check me in. Waiting room work counter was nice and helpful. Oil change and tire rotation completed a bit faster than expected.

Beware of Bergstrom, customer service is not reliable and very disappointing.First time purchasing from Bergstrom Nissan, the whole situation was frustrating, stressful, not worth it, and cost a lot of time and money. Beginning of July, we purchased a new vehicle that had minor damages that was agreed to be fixed by Bergstrom, but was just finally repaired in September. We’ve received no calls from our sales rep, Trevor M. ever since, who handled our purchase; he did not follow through, nor followed up to make sure our transaction completed.The new vehicle we were interested in was available, but was said to have a rock chip on one of the doors. He gave us some options; we chose to view it the same day. The damage looked like someone had opened the door and hit something. The ding was about 3/4 inch high and 1/4 inch wide and the paint chip was on the edge of the door. When we test drove the car, not sure if he did not trust us, but he tagged along. We had seen other couples test driving cars there without a sales rep, and we have been looking at cars in the market for some time now and haven’t had problems test driving without them, so that was surprising, not unusual, but left a bad taste.Still purchased the vehicle, went through the purchasing process, filled out paperwork. Trevor said if we took it as is, there would be a $700 discount, but we wanted it repaired. However, the vibe we were getting was, he was hoping we would just take it as is, less work for them. He later explained the damage would be fixed by hitting the ding out and putting touch up paint on. We knew that was low balling it. We never agreed or made arrangements on how the damage should be fixed. He mentioned we could have it fixed at a Bergstrom location near us so we would not have to bring it back, and he could or we could schedule an appointment after he gets a work order in. He never confirmed who would schedule the appointment or when, just suggested it. We assumed he wanted our business and would do his job and do the right thing, but were wrong. After the paperwork, he made us wait three hours for the paperwork to be processed plus more to explain them.We get the vehicle, drive home, wait for Trevor’s call to get the okay to schedule the vehicle in to be fixed. He doesn’t call until days later, called in the morning while we were working, and leaves a message. We emailed and called back many times, leaving messages and best times to reach us. The receptionist even transferred us over, but Trevor did not email or pick up any of our calls, and never called back either. At this point, he is ghosting us, we’re upset, we schedule an appointment and explain our situation to the Bergstrom Repair Center at our location. The repair service person, Phil was very understanding, gets our vehicle in to do an estimate, explains different ways to have the vehicle fixed. The best way to fix it was to hit the ding out, sand an area of both doors, and repaint it for a smooth look. But it couldn’t be done until he made some calls to get more info and paperwork done from the Bergstrom we purchased at.Trevor probably heard from the repair center, only after that, did he finally call saying he would call them again to get things figured out. We knew Trevor was only calling them to minimize their cost in repairing the damage. We drove our car in, they hit the ding out, put touch up paint on and that was it. The door still looked bad; you could tell the paint chip was there and noticeable. Unhappy and dissatisfied, we requested Phil to have it redone the correct, better way. He said he was going on vacation and would not be able to schedule us in until the following week when he returns. The week passed and now Phil was not returning our call. Another week later we try again, he schedules us in to have the proper work done. We asked for a loaner vehicle and he said he would hold one for us, but when we showed up, there was none available. We were left stranded and had wait to have someone pick us up. Worst experience ever.

Recently went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My serviceman was Jose Cobos. He was very kind, courteous and genuine, which I appreciated. Thank you for being transparent and honest. Would definitely recommend getting services here. And will be returning. Nothing but good words to say.

We purchased a new Nisson Sentra from Derrick at bergstrom in Oshkosh. He was very blazee and didn t speak much. We thought oh well. after a couple weeks we thought we might hear from him to ask how things were going. Nothing.. As we had bought new cars from other dealers we thought we might at least get a thank you. Again nothing. We called another bergstrom salesman that we had talked to. and asked him what he thought. He said not the normal. After the message got back to Derrick he called and said i heard you were looking for me. I told him we were quite dissapointed. He said sorry I thouight I called you. After all that We learned from our Granddaughter there was only one half a tank of gas in the car. TERRIBLE service. watch out for Derrick

Chris R. was such a great salesman’s to work with. He was very professional, very patient and understanding, wasn’t pushy at all, and explained everything very well. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles he sells, if we asked about something, he knew the answer without hesitation. He treated us like family. It was so easy to work with him, I’d definitely recommend Chris to anyone who’s looking for a vehicle.

Chris was the very BEST car salesman we’ve ever dealt with, and we’ve bought a lot of cars. He was very professional, not pushy, explained everything well. He has full knowledge of the products he sells, if we asked he knew the answer without hesitation. He treated us like a friend would. We had looked at other dealerships, so glad we ended up with him.

Chris was absolutely amazing we had to upgrade to larger vehicles to accommodate a third child in a car seat. We ended up getting two vehicles both of which he managed to find for us within multiple branches and limited inventory. It definitely felt like a VIP experience and he went above and beyond to get us a great deal on great vehicles. One of the vehicles did have some unexpected issues (they were both used) and he made sure it got fully repaired and inspected at no extra cost. We thought we'd have to cancel our Easter plans but he got us a loaner of the same model so we had no inconvenience and this again was no cost to us. I highly recommend bergstrom and if you go to Chris you will be in very good hands.
