Dan From Bergstrom Automotive service was fantastic in helping me
take care of my Transmission leak.
He was helpful in keeping me informed on the repairs. He was very professional and kind. Bergstrom is fortunate to have Dan, he is very valuable in repair service and customer service satisfaction.

In today’s world customer service is a very rare quality. We had an issue with my wife’s truck that needed replacement and it was not an easy fix. It was frustrating to not get it taken care of because it took time to get the parts. However, the service team at Bergstrom was OUTSTANDING. Jacob Durant is an incredibly rare employee who goes so far above and beyond the call that it’s hard to believe. If I had a job in my company open I would hire this guy because he is OUTSTANDING. Well done Bergstrom Automotive.

Check the work you have completed here. Service technicians will cut corners and not fully complete the work they are checking on your paperwork as done. When I returned to question and issue, I was directed to another business to have the work completed.

Paul was super kind and super nice. I have a lot of anxiety when talking to people. He made me feel comfortable and that I have known him my whole life. He listened to what I wanted in a car and gave great suggestions. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something when I wasn't ready at first. He was able to get me into the car i wanted and got me a great deal, and A great warranty, highly recommend going to Paul at the Oshkosh location. He's truly a kind soul.

Got part in and truck in for recall in very reasonably time. We got it back and seemed to drive back home fine. Only live like 1 mile away. Drove it later that day and it’s bogged down, shaking, ton of lights come on. I seem to always have an issue when I’m there.

Devin was extremely helpful. He went the extra mile to set my phone up to the GMC App so I could use my rewards points. This was the first service on my corvette. When I entered the service department I was met by a gentleman to get my keys and get the mileage, he had a hand held devise that I signed and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Received a call the car was completed, picked it up and the Adviser let me know what was completed and was very professional. Overall great service.
