Have had my F150 in for repairs 3-times in the last 6 months at Oshkosh location. Just looked under my truck the other day. Seems that the under front skid-plate was taken off ! And never replaced ! What to do? It costs around $400.00 . Still waiting for a call back from a week ago.

Came in for 4 tires and a front license plate bracket that wasn't on a car I had recently bought. They never put the license plate on the bracket, which is actually like pretty funny to me as far as like how just like bad a place can be all around. Took 3 hours, then they just decided to do an alignment out of nowhere (again, brand new car purchase so it was fine lol) and charge me for it. Honestly just another garbage dealership with like super generally bad people inside looking to take advantage

Zack changed my perception of what buying a vehicle can look like. He was courteous, helpful, and patient. Definitely NOT your typical car salesman (believe me there are some in the building). Ask for Zack your anxiety will thank you. Bergstrom also takes the price negotiation out of the experience. The price is the price no games to be played, who wouldn’t want that?

Al good. A breath of fresh air compared to Bergstrom Nissan for my other vehicle. I won't use Bergstrom Nissan ever again. Bergstrom Ford is A1.
