Super great kid working behind the register. Helped me out very fast. Was in and out the door in 2-3 minutes. Even gave me a good deal on batteries as well. I'll be having my business here from here on out on all my battery and bulb needs.

Had and appointment to have a phone screen repaired on a galaxy s23 ultra. Drive 45 minutes and when we get there at our scheduled appointment time we were informed by the guy working that he only knew how to do iphones. We eneded up leaving the phone and had to drive back the next day to get it. We get the phone and it was dead. So we left and once it was charged enough to power up we noticed the sim card was missing so we had to go back. And they luckily found it. Then within the hour the screen started failing but of course theory person working on the weekends only works on iphones. So a 4th trip back on Monday I guess

This was the only retail store that carried the battery I required on-hand. Plus with their great price & exceptional customer service, this was a great purchasing experience. Sure glad we have a Batteries Plus in Oshkosh WI

Came to recycle lightbulbs, but saw the signs on the front advertising key fob repair and asked about it. The employee was very helpful and replaced it for free with a spare battery that they had on hand, which was very kind. It was a very good experience.

I have been a Batteries Plus customer for many years while living in FL. I bought all of my motorcycle batteries there. This location is Oshkosh is by far the best one yet! The manager, I do not recall her name, was phenomenal! Knowledgable and very helpful. I came in with a bad key/fob for my Honda Pilot. I had already replaced the battery and that did not solve the issue, so I figured buying a replacement was in order. The manager cut me a new key only to find out that all my original needed was to be reprogrammed. She did not charge me anything even after having cut the new key. I am very grateful to her! She gave me a great Christmas gift; money I can use for something else. Thank you!!!
