The receipt says vape products are warranted of defects for a week. I had a disposable (vape) for 3 days thing just keept going after hitting it and wouldn't recharge. Guy says I'm the owner and those are only for (vape) carts not disposables I told hiim that's not what it says on the receipt and to fix it he said he has no control he claimed to be the owner but then said he wasn't . After explaining how i spend 100s of dollars there a month he just shrugged. Must be the owners son, he shouldn't work there very disrespectful doesn't care about customers other times I've gone in and he was working it seems like he doesn't even want to be there. Very unfriendly. And unhelpful

I purchased 3 vapes on the 5th. 1/3 works. 1 of them was fine for a little while then started tasting weird! The 2nd is working just fine. I just checked out the 3rd. The package inside the box was completely filled with vape juice. I’ve never had such bad luck at one place!

Bought a bunch of Elfbars from here and the murdock store. The new EBDESIGN bars are counterfeits. I tried showing the guy behind the counter in which he showed no interest in looking at them and just quickly said he won’t do anything about it. When you scan QR code it shows a weird name and it will show it’s authentic. Then if you go to the actual website and try to put it in it’s says invalid product. The light lights up in the air hole instead of by the charging port. And the charging port is one the wrong side on the counterfeit. Just beware what you are buying.

I like going here really great service and normally have what I’m looking for but have been having problems with getting the esco bars disposable vapes can get them and they taste burnt right when I open it.

Excellent products and even better service! I'll definitely stop by again for all of my vaping needs. They have a wide assortment of products in many varieties. I'm happy with my new battery for CBD cartridges.

Showed up at 10:15am today (Sunday), the hours on google state they open at 10am. Walked up to the door, the door said 10am also, nobody was there. Store wasn’t open. Other customers were waiting. Poor service and won’t be back. Good way to lose out on business!EDIT: They claim there was an emergency, but the employee was just an hour in a half late to work. Don’t purchase from a business who can’t be upfront and honest!

I came in totally green to vaping and I have to say the customer service made it an extremely easy transition. Sam was my sales associate and he was incredibly patient and informative. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Pay that man!
