I would have given 5 stars as the pharmacist and pharmacy assistant were pleasant and fast and very friendly. Although I gave 2 stars because of the outdated Covid 19 Mask procedure’s. Covid is here to stay but what worries me is the fact that neither staff at Aurora Pharmacy informed us of the mask procedure until we were checking out! We would have happily worn masks if they had pointed it out to us the first visit which was July 27th 2022 when I first filled my prescriptions. Not one word was said! So if your trying to enforce a mask procedure let your customers know immediately! Not to mention that the lady checking out ahead of us was not wearing a mask nor was she informed that she needed to be wearing a mask in all areas of Aurora Healthcare. Have a nice day! Hope your two star review suits you well!!

I love the pharmacy staff and the convenience of a drive thru. My scripts are always ready in a timely manner as well.
