I am sure I had more questions than the average patient, but all were answered with patience and good humor. Their system for processing loads of surgical imaging patients is particularly efficient.

I have been here for years & still have not found a physician I am comfortable or happy with. I have waited for appointments to be told I had been forgotten about by the nurse.. Also I have been tossed around with referrals (even waited months for a specific referral, only to be finally seen and told that they referred me to the wrong place, and put me on a wait list AGAIN.) I am done with Aurora.

The doctors I have seen are nice but 3 out of 4 I have seen in the last 2 years have retired or left. I even asked before I started with the last one to find someone who was more likely to not retire and that person left. They cancel appointments when these doctors leave and make no effort to get you in elsewhere in a timely basis, so you'll have another 3-4 months of waiting to establish care with someone else. I have not had these issues at other clinics. The facility is clean and pharmacy quick.

My experience with aurora Healthcare is not good. The facility was clean. The doctors skilled and the nurses caring and sympathetic. But I was charged for a brief emotional behavior assessment that I was not given a copy of when I asked for one. and when I asked what it was for the answer was vague and not clear. Why then do I need to pay $60 for it?My wife had a take home sleep apnea test in November 2022. The information sheet provided said I would get results in wakefulness, oxygen, deep sleep but when I was called on the phone with my results I was told I failed and needed a sleep apnea machine. It said it was not a pass or fail test. When asked what the results were I was told the caller did not have that information available to her. She only knew I failed the test and needed a machine that they would order for me. With insurance that take home test cost me $550 and gave me less information than my apple watch. Plus the $491 for a doctor I never met nor even talked to on the phone to answer my questions.So, I am not happy with the business of my health care. You charge for services you do not ask for. You charge for services that you do not get results for. You can not talk to a person in person. Only a phone. I do not pay my bills until I get the information.. I am sure there are many more people in this same situation

This facility has been amazing. We are here in labor and delivery welcoming our new baby boy into the world. The nursing staff from the first second has been on point, very professional yet also very personable. Our doc is one of a kind. We could not have asked for a better team to take care of us. The birthing suite is huge and has everything you need and then some. Well done Aurora!!!

We are here for the birth of our new baby boy. The room is big and has everything you could need and then some. From the time we checked in the nursing staff has gone above and beyond with care medically and personally. Our Dr is spectacular. The food from the cafeteria is great for hospital food. Only advice I can give is order the room service for $10, it will save you a lot of money. There truly is nothing bad I can say about being here for 4 days. Well done Aurora!!!

I'm like most people, went in nervous. My admitting nurse was fantastic. She took time to explain what was going happen. And made me as comfortable as possible.

Unfortunately the surgery I was supposed to have today couldn't happen as planned. I was, however,, impressed and very happy with the treatment I got from the nurses, doctor and anesthesiologist! They were all friendly, informative and professional. The receptionist was also very friendly and well informed as to why I was there.

Waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time to see Dr. Sephen Nystrom in Orthopedics. However, they did seem busy since I could hear him & other staff talking to or about patients. When I did finally see him, I felt very rushed & was given little opportunity to discuss what I was experiencing. He struck me as hesitant, uncertain & not the most caring. I do not feel comfortable returning to this provider & I wouldn't recommend him to others.

After having major heart issues back in December, I was sure lucky to have such a wonderful staff at the Oshkosh location. I was met with the best doctors I have ever seen.After my intervention,I was introduced to the Outstanding Cardiac Rehabilitation Team.This team of specialists not only helped with my recovery,but became friends that I will never forget.The experience helped my condition improve over the time I spent there,and was well educated on my diet,exercise,and enjoyed all of the recipe’s that they shared with all of us in recovery.Thanks again to everyone . You would think the memories of my heart issues would be what comes to mind,but instead I have memories of Awesome people that really cared for me.

Doctors and Nurses are incredible, but calling the people at the main switchboard for transferring are absolutely terrible. They are incredibly rude, belittling and short. If you have the Livewell app, I recommend scheduling your appointments through that so you aren't talked down to or talked over. I've had nothing but incredible care through Aurora, except for when I call to make an appointment. Like I said, just use the app.

Based on my experience for outpatient surgery, I would highly recommend Aurora Medical Center. They were on time & everything went smoothly from check-in to pre-surgery prep through surgery & hospital release. Staff was courteous & patient focused. They explained the procedures well & answered all of my questions. I received excellent care & couldn't have asked for more. Great job everyone. Your services were much appreciated!
