I had a problem with my Iphone15. I purchased it through another carrier. The carrier was not at all helpful, stating that my problem was with the ATT towers, not having enough strength. I went into the ATT store in Oshkosh and Danyelle Fry helped me with my problem. She was so helpful and took the time to hear my entire story, knowing how upset I was. At first she thought also that it was a hardware problem. What the problem was that when my new phone was downloaded, I could not bring up Wi-Fi or even us the cellular from my carrier. With so much patience Daynelle finally found the problem. There was a VPN flashing on my phone. She fixed the VPN and WOW my phone worked perfectly. Wow Danyell is a fantastic employee and should be acknowledged for her great service. The same day it was only myself she helped, there was another older couple she was helping and before you knew it, she said here's you phone, all set and fixed. WTG Danyelle, you are an excellent employee.

My boyfriend and I went in to trade in our phones to get the new iphone 15, I was originally already with At&t but my bf was not. I revived my phone a week after putting in the order but my bf didn’t get his phone until a month later because they wouldn’t ship his phone until he figured out his carrier and get it switched. Because of lack of communication with At&T and his first carrier it took us a while to get his carrier switched and THEN to receive his new iphone. But also we were never told by one of the store representative that we were limited on time to trade in our phones and we were just told to bring in our phones whenever we received it we couldn’t trade in our phones anymore because we were never told that we only had 30 days to trade in our phones, if we were told that we were limited to trade in our phones obviously we would’ve just trade in the first one when i received my new phone instead of waiting for both of the phones to arrive. I am truly upset because one of the representative even texted us asking us if we received our phones and we texted her back telling her the whole situation, we even told her that we did receive one of the iphone 15 but yet she did not mention about how we could’ve just brought that one in first so we can start the trade in and start the second phone trade in when the second iphone arrives. She did not warn us she did not even mention anything about being limited on time, now we have to pay full price to BOTH of the iphones.Obviously we would’ve brought the trade in phones if we knew we were limited on time, because obviously we wanted to save money! But we were never told that so now we have to pay full price.I don’t know if at&t are doing this to scam us to we would have to pay more but obviously we would’ve trade in our phones asap if we knew we were limited on time??♀️

While trying to sign up for internet service, it took several days and hours on the phone, being transferred to customer service reps in India, the Philippines and South Africa, who I could hardly understand. AT&T's decades long reputation for poor customer service remains! Even though the service seemed cheaper, I opted out!

We are looking for a new cell phone company and after the visit today it will not be AT&T. Customer service is a big part of what we look at and to put it bluntly the young lady in the store today was not very friendly. The price she gave me was like $100 more then US cellular, t-mobile and Verizon. She was just very abrasive and couldn't seem to give us a straight answer on what we were looking for.

This is the worst store ever. You will be discriminated against, and you will not be helped. I am even a vet. This business has no right to be open. To make things worse im on hold trying to file a complaint with att and have been on hold for 45 min. I will be contacting the better business bureau the federal trade commission and the ACLU.

Nate B was an amazing rep at this location who made the process of buying a new phone/switching over from a different carrier as seamless as possible. Very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. Appreciate the great customer service!

We went on a Sunday, with one employee available (Nathan). We were very pleased with how he took care of us and everyone else. It was decently busy and he was able to work efficiently and kindly with everyone and never rushed anyone. It was excellent service.

Went in as soon as they opened and upgraded to a New Galaxy S23+. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less! Great customer service!

Great experience! Stanley, who helped us with upgrading our phones, was fantastic. No annoying up-sales and it was very relaxed. Very knowledgeable about the phones and the process. It was quick and simple.

AT&T Oshkosh location store is the Best in Costumer Services and qualifies. They are #1. I would highly recommend this store to all costumers. Not a first time I personally went to this location and always getting best help ever. Associate Stanley is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, it is almost impossible to find such a qualities in our century. But Stanley do is best and this is why we always choose Minh back to Oshkosh location. Thank you to the all Store Team! Please keep up and never change! You guys the best!

it is often difficult to find good service at a cell phone store. i was pleasantly surprised at the great service provided by stanley and the rest of the staff at the oshkosh location. thank you for a job well done!!
