Used this bank in the past and it was nothing but a joke. Now hearing that your tellers are rasict makes me even more glad I switched. Switched over to a credit union and it has been the best move ever. I can bring in my African American boyfriend and not judged or looked at by some racist people. This is 2023 ya all need to get it together.

Unfortunately this bank consists of racist staff members and managers who refuse to service African-American clients. In the latest example of the overt racism that permeates this branch they refused to cash an Associated bank-drawn check for a Black person, violating not only Associated Bank's corporate policies, but federal anti-discrimination laws as well. "Banking while Black" is a reality here. They will discriminate against you, and no action will be taken against the people who do so. It's pretty clear Associated Bank tolerates, maybe even invites, racism based on the complete lack of action here.Avoid the racism and discrimination here, do not support these intolerant staff and managers.

So I had an insurance check. The bank would not cash it. I had to deposit it for 6 days before I could take the money. I've tried to cash a 3k check and associated could barely cash that amount. I have been a long and unhappy customer for years here. This place dosen't even deserve a star.

Worst bank ever. No one answers the phone. Have to set up an appointment to take your money out. Charges for everything..

Don't forget to bring your own pen or you may find yourself waiting 3 times longer than it should take for a cash withdrawal. Apparently this bank is short of tellers but in their defense it was the end of the day so I imagine all of the cars parked were inside customers. And the young man is rude.

So I went into this bank on Saturday after my mother had recently passed away and her accounts and safe deposit box was here. I told the teller my situation and also that I needed to open an estate account to which I got asked if I had an appointment. Informing her I live out of state and her for the funeral only. So she informs me both bankers are busy with appointments - turning around I see both a m & f sitting in their glassed office, noting no customers. So kinda irritated I asked, "you mean those people with no customers" ? Telling me the have appointments coming in, I state it will only take minute to open this dang box to see if a will is inside and I can go elsewhere to get an estate account. A more back and forth the guy who was with a ghost customer finally comes out and opens the box with me.... Ridiculous and with that I will ensure my banking is done elsewhere.
