Absolutely awesome!! Alex was fast to get me a quote, fast to get my car in, fast to get the work done, AND cost me HALF as much as the dealership was going to charge me (as well as undercutting all other shops I got quotes from by hundreds). Not only was he quick and incredibly reasonable, he was super friendly, easy to communicate with, and HONEST! My dad (who is a mechanic but not running a shop any longer) initially tried to help me with my vehicle, but after a small part replacement that didn't fix the issue, he wanted me to get it diagnosed at the dealership since they would have more experience with my vehicle make and model. Turns out, it was a rare issue to see and the part my dad replaced was part of the issue, but not the whole problem. When Alex did the work, he noticed that this part seemed fine and did the rest of work needed, deciding to see if this part would really need to be replaced or not. I would've believed him if he had said it was faulty/needed to be replaced (it didn't fix anything when my dad replaced it, so for all I knew, it was a faulty part). He saved me an extra $100 just being honest. I would absolutely recommend anyone to come here and know where I'll be going for any future work needed on my car. This was a great experience and Arden's/Alex has earned my trust! Betsy the Beetle is once again her badass self, thanks to Arden's!

Alex is the very definition of an honest mechanic at a fair price.
I recently needed the timing belt and water pump replaced on my 2002 Dodge Neon SE (300,000+ miles and counting), and after the "friend" who was going to do the job for me left me high and dry, Alex stepped up and hit a home run for me! Dude didn't know me from Adam, but he went above and beyond to get me and my daily driver taken care of ASAP! I do most of the repair work on all my vehicles, but for anything that I can't or don't want to do, Arden's will be my go-to repair shop! Thank you, Alex!

Highly recommended! I own a Volvo and finding someone with the right tools and knowledge to work on her was rough. My brother in law recommended Arden’s to me so I called, told them the issues, and set an appointment day. I didn’t have to wait long to get in and I even got my car back the same day. Very satisfied with their work and timeliness!

I've gone to Alex at Arden's Automotive Hospital and he's the only mechanic I go to now! Let's just say it's day and night compared to a big repair shop. Champagne service/work on a beer's budget. Alex definitely takes care of you: not only with top notch service, but he also tries his best to save you every penny he possibly can. Also, it's important to add that the service desk does a very good job at getting back to you, so you're not waiting in limbo wondering on the status of your vehicle. 10/10 would recommend!Service: Brakes
