Honestly, this place is nice but their customer service is just atrociousthe owner keeps hiring losers for employeesfor example :Today I called because they instructed me I need to start calling ahead of time because my orders are so large so I called right when they opened at 10am The guy on the phone told me it would be ready in an hour and a half. I showed up at 11:45 so he had extra time because he was kind of a D@&$ on the phone. When I walked in, he was sitting there, talking to one of his boys and said it’s not ready yet. It will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I walked back up to the door at 12 minutes and the door was locked with an out to lunch sign hanging.So I have spent over three hours, cruising around Oshkosh waiting for them to complete this order because I live over an hour awayAnd now there’s a line of people standing outside the door, upset that I’m gonna have to wait for them to be served before I can get my juice. This whole experience of wind up costing me like four hours.This is getting ridiculous

Love this spot. The guys are super knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Its nice going to a no pressure type place that makes great recommendations. I'll always prefer spending my money with Alternative Smoking.

I called looking for a sweet desert type of flavor, but I was clueless on where to start. Luckily zak picked up the phone! He walked me through several juice brands and flavors not only over the phone, but again in person. He ended up helping me find one of the most delicious flavors I’ve ever tried! He even saw my name on caller id and recognized it from a previous visit and looked up my account (I got a new number) To ensure I got the points on my account. He really went the extra mile, and I left very satisfied. I’m done with other vape shops. This is the SPOT. Customer service was GREAT. Thanks again!

Highly recommend coming here when Zack is working. He is very knowledgeable, responsive, and has excellent customer service. No other vape shop has provided the experience Zack has! Very easy to ask for help on parts and we plan on coming back as regulars!
