I really like my pillow. The only problem was I thought it was used because I saw " holes " in it. Apparently, that's normal from bubbles popping. Customer service is excellent.

5 Stars and a handful of heart emojis for the Core Products Hot/Cold Packs!! I found these in my chiroractor's office a few years ago, and you wouldn't believe how amazing these reusable packs - which cost so little $$ - are! I keep one in the freezer, and have a few extras all over the place for whenever I need to pop one in the microwave. Hot Tip (literally and figuritively): warm one in the microwave and take it to bed with you. No worries about falling asleep while a plug-in heating pad is on, and your body will thank you!!

I have had an unstable neck (cervical vertebra) for decades, with neck pain starting most often during the night, counting on only time or my chiropractor to bring relief. I implemented techniques like packing rolled towels or a tennis ball around my pillow and lifting head while on right side (not left) to improve my odds of a good day. Four years ago I got a Tri Core pillow. I still need to be conscious of my sleep position but the Tri-Core has been amazingly helpful, easing my sleep and improving my next day neck odds. Now, I hardly ever have reason to see my chiropractor. Recently, I noticed my Tri-Core was getting too soft; so I bought a new one. 3-4 year replacement cycle is well worth it. I am hooked on this pillow; because, I prefer days where sore neck/headaches are not an issue.

Well my husband got me the Jeanie Rub for Christmas after I havge begged him for it for years! My old therapist used it and I loved it. I love that I can use it whenever I want now. The Jeanie Rub that I got is the one with variable speeds and I am so glad I got this one. The one my old therapist had only had one speed and although it was great I just like being able to adjust the speed. The massager is built in the USA and us built so well! It is not flimsy at all and is very professional honestly. It has a 3 prong plug and 2 handles. It weighs about 6.05 lbs so it is kinda heavy. I love love love this massager!!! If I could give it a 10 star I would!!!!
