I love doing the work there it was very interesting but upper management is terrible they treat you like you're a nobody they can talk to you however they want and it's okay they have no respect for their employees unless you are of color and they paid lots of money to have you here because those people they treat 10 times better than the people that have been there for how long for them and they don't care if you work 6 days a week for a year they'll give you a free t-shirt or backpack with a pizza party while upper management keeps on putting the big bucks in their pocket thinking they did something great for their employees the money is decent for around this area I would not have any of my friends or family go there for a job

Awesome corporation!! Invested in the community donating a UTV police department, electric cars to the public works and allowing the snowmobile safety class to use brand new sleds!! Nice to see a big corporation like Polaris supporting the communities they have plants in especially when they’re in a small town like Osceola that has very limited funds.
