I'm beyond impressed with your facility, staff and service. I approached Trent with an urgent matter with my RZR that I needed accomplished in 48hrs to get me on my RZR trip to Michigan Upper Peninsula. He went above and beyond to help me and Jestin squeezed me in to get my RZR back on the road a day and half later. I've been to two previous dealerships and was unimpressed. Your staff blew me out of the water with their friendliness, explanations, thoroughness, diligence and all out customer service. I've been looking for a legitimate Polaris dealership for the past 5-10 years and know now I found a home for life. I knew this was the right place from the start when the service manager, Trent, helped me unload my RZR upon arrival. This may be the gold standard at MMCP, but it is not found everywhere. I drove away completely impressed and know I have been given the best possible solution and suggestions to my requests and mechanical issues.

Worked with Tony to purchase this used X390 tractor/mower/power flow bagger/snow blower package deal with under 300 hours on it. Called him up around 11 this morning on a Saturday to confirm its availability, showed up by 11:45 and he was right at the door ready to go over the machine with me and let me take as much time as needed to look it over and test it out. Didn’t take long to reach an agreement on a fair price and finish the paperwork after looking it over. I’m certified in small engine and heavy duty diesels so I’m confident this will be a good machine for its intended use.
Tony was very polite and professional and helped get the accessories loaded up. I’m confident that if there was to be any issue with this unit right away that Tony and the Midwest team would make it right, he gave me FULL confidence in the purchase of this X390 and said to call if there are any questions or issues.
I’ve been a long time costumer for parts from the New Richmond dealer for over 10-15 years now back when I first bought a brand new Stihl string trimmer and have had great service there with people like JT in parts (one of my favorites)! I recently bought a 2520 from one of their locations in Plainview from Tobin and had a great purchasing experience there as well with him. Between when it was formerly Frontier Ag and even since becoming Midwest Machinery I have always had nothing but great experiences between their parts departments and twice with the sales department now across multiple locations. As an experienced equipment technician I can honestly say I fully recommend the company as a whole based off all the employees I’ve personally dealt with. Thanks for always providing me with top notch customer service for my needs; I hope to continue having great experiences with the Midwest Machinery teams!

Just spoke with John Wallen about a service code on my Polaris Range. Absolutely garbage service. Ask to speak with someone about codes and was told if you want to pay $135 and hour to talk to him I can do that. Just trying to trouble shoot. Absolutely garbage !!!

My Polaris authorized dealer. I have had my Ranger Crew for a year now, they have done all the required service and installed aftermarket street legal kit headache rack and a lighted bumper for me. The quality of the work has been excellent. They are easy to work with and I’m extremely happy to have them so close for all my Polaris service needs!

I bought a new Stihl chainsaw two months ago, came with a 2 year warranty, the clutch went out, there was a broken spring in it, thay told me it was somehow my falt but couldn't tell me how so I had to pay $111 to get my $800 dollar saw back. I'm not happy.

I brought my compact tractor to the Osceola location and asked for 3rd function hydraulics to be added to the front of the loader so I could add a root grapple.Tony in sales found a nice grapple at a great price, and a hydraulic kit with hard lines vs having rubber lines. The hydraulic kit was priced very close to the do it yourself kits from Summit which use all rubber lines.Trent in service was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to complete the work and have the grapple delivered to thier location in 3 days, even though there was a blizzard during those 3 days.I dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon and picked it up Friday morning.The workmanship is great and looks like it came that way from the factory.Very happy !

This company is awesome! Very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, & great pricing too. Last Saturday night I started my search for a new lawn tractor and sent some emails from their site asking questions. On Sunday, yes Sunday… I recd responses on my multiple emails. After some discussion I decided I wanted to go look at a new one at their New Richmond location and on Monday I jumped in my car and headed out to find a new lawn tractor. I decided I would stop at a compet
