my neighbor was told she had to pay to have her propane tank moved. a tank that had been in the same spot for over 10 years. the reason was because their guys "risked their lives" going over a snowbank to get to the tank. (total nonsense, how is crossing a snow bank on foot deadly to someone qualified to fill propane tanks?)apparently they brought up how the action they took to fill the tank WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE OWNER was somehow a liability, and that they almost SUED THE HONEOWNER for the risk.this is just not acceptable. poor communication and people who get angry and throw around blame when things get even a little roughyou had to cross a snow bank in winter to fill a propane tank! its your job! cry me a river!

This is a good place to stop for most of your animal needs. They also sell hay. They have competitive pricing and friendly service.

It's a self service store, three people standing at the counter, and I have to make two trips to get my merchandise carried out. You have to bag ,weigh, and mark your seed while being watched by the check out crew. I would not go there if another place had what I needed.

Would be a nice little store considering I live right down the road but they never and I mean never have anything I'm looking for. I've heard that same complaint from several other people. I don't know how they stay in business. They need to carry more options for horse grain, dog food, chicken food cuz what they carry isn't even the basic popular stuff.

After being in communications with federated co-ops for over a month, waiting for them to deliver and hookup a new propane tank they cancelled on me saying that they don't have a tank or the manpower to handle another customer until spring. Don't trust this company, they left me in the cold.

Kelly & Ginny always greet you with a smile! Someone is always willing to lend a hand and help you out...whatever your purchase is-big or small. One of my random favorite places in Osceola!

A recent storm did a LOT of damage to our property which included sending a 300 year old oak tree toppling on to our propane tank and tipping it off it's foundation. Corey Chaptelear and Tim Loescher from the Osceola Propane location were at our home within an hour after my call to turn off the valve and check for leaks. We got the HUGE tree off the tank and they were back first thing the next morning to get our tank upright and tested completely inside and outside to make sure everything was okay to run again. Fortunately the tank is still in operating condition. We can't thank you enough, Corey and Tim; you really helped a bad situation from becoming worse. Only 1 night without showers!
