Just too bad there's not a negative star rating for this trash company. My elderly parents had a over-priced hot water heater poorly installed that quit working after 2 weeks, on return the tech was rude and condenscending to them. Then, because the techs didn't check their work were back 2 months later because a tubing leak caused the heating valve/apparatus to burn out. Again, my parents were treated rudely and unprofessionally, CBD declined warranty, and the tech with his degrading comments was asked to leave. They then hired a more professional plumber to fix and repair. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They came out the day I called them. Fixed a simple problem in less than 10 minutes. The charge (over $200) was more than my short visit with them last year, but in a world of high inflation I can't really complain.

Highly recommend this company!!!Quick to respond for a repair of my gas fireplace not working. Fixed it the next day and followed up with a phone call the following day to make sure everything was still working to my satisfaction.

We have a complicated setup from the person that had originally built out house. Eric who I believe is one of their higher up field people came and sorted it all out and seriously simplified the whole thing and got it working correctly. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I WOULD ... HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! We called a week ago and scheduled an appointment to have our gas fireplace looked at because it wasn't operating correctly and we were worried about it starting a fire in our house. They scheduled us for an appointment today, December 8, 2021, between 2 and 5 p.m. My husband called to let them know that he was available and they could come any time that worked for them. We received a call back telling us that not only would they not be coming today between 2 and 5 p.m., or any other time, but because we only booked the appointment six days ago, THEY WERE NOT COMING AND WE COULD RESCHEDULE FOR JANUARY 5, 2022, a month from now.They said the appointment shouldn't have been booked, so they weren't coming. When I questioned the fact that they had booked it, and as a result I had not looked for someone else to come, they just said they could schedule me for January 5. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Service: Heating system repair

Our furnace was out for a week, and the companies we’d previously called had done nothing to help. After calling Comfort By Design, our furnace was replaced and running in two days. Very good service, and friendly technicians.
