The cashier that does nothing but sit down. Has the personality of what I imagine a bug having. If you don't like your job then don't work there.

If I could give zero starts I would. Prescriptions are never ready in any timely fashion whenever my prescriptions are sent here. This time, I have had to wait two days for cough medicine. No responsibility by this pharmacy to get it to me sooner. Between me calling my clinic myself multiple times and this pharmacy multiple times, I could have gone to the hospital and gotten faster service than either one has provided.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy ever and that’s saying a lot considering most Walgreens pharmacies experience isn’t good. Highly suspicious for diverting medication, rude behavior by multiple staff, 7 cars in drive up and 7 people in line inside, closing early, meds not in stock consistently for months, condescending attitude, sneakily charging me $450+ through drive through when ins copay is $3.70 with access to debit card and drivers license, multiple complaints to corporate over a week, extremely suspicious of staff involved in Illegal activity.

There was a snafu and my prescription (on backorder) was lost from the system, and when it was put back in, it was clear that I wouldn't get it for several days. The staff at the Oregon Walgreens called around and arranged to get it for me at another Walgreens. I was less than thrilled that my prescription got lost from the system, but I was very impressed with Ulrike who helped sort it out and called me back with a quick resolution.

Use any other pharmacy, or you might die of old age waiting for service at this one.

I’m very disgusted and unhappy on how the pharmacist treated me when I called and confirmed my prescriptions my doctors had called in for me. He belittled me talk down to me and hung up on me. When I called and asked for his name he would not tell me at first! He then told me his name was Brock! So when i went to go pick up my medicine through the drive through a young lady Heard me beside me in her car and also told me she’s had multiple problems with him and to call corporate. Who give anyone the right to down talk someone because they have a title, or how about just don’t treat people that way! This is has been an on going thing and think something should be done! Another family member had the same issue and switched completely to a different pharmacy.

The staff has always been really nice here. I ordered photos from here for the first time and one of them was crooked. They reprinted it for me right away.

My experience with the Pharmacy was disappointing and frustrating to say the least. I made an appointment online for my Mother to receive her Covid Booster and Flu vaccine shots. When we arrived 10 min's before our scheduled time, the young lady at the counter was rude and said we didn't have an appointment because my Mothers name was not on her list. I informed her that I just made this appointment the day before yesterday and we drove in from Madison specifically for the vaccine's. She asked me to show her my email conformation to prove I had the appointment, when I did she then stopped giving me a hard time and proceeded to check my Mother in and to take a seat. After waiting an additional 35 min's, the Pharmacist finally called us for her shots, His demeaner was cold and he was very rude. I will never go to this pharmacy again. The Walgreens Pharmacy Department at 704 N. Main Street in Oregon, WI needs a class in "How To Give Proper Customer Service"!!!

I took my COVID-19 Rapid test here and they did not get the results back to me until a week and a half later. When I called to figure out why, they told me the first time that they didn't even have the results. It doesn't add up.

Clean, quick, easy picking up prescriptions or getting vaccines. Went here for my COVID shots. Waited for 15 minutes after signing in, got the shot, stayed for 15 minutes to watch for side effects, left. Nothing special, nothing bad. The vaccination efficiency is the only thing making it a 4.

They have screwed up my ex every time I have gone to them in the past month, my first month using them. Take forever to fix the issue and all of their staff have attitudes. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on

I would encourage everybody to stay away from this store. They clearly do not have proper guidance from legal counsel and some of their policies are unlawful. Here is my little story: I bought a gift card. I never agreed that this purchase was non-refundable. After I discovered that I could not remove the covering over the pin without destroying the information, I came back to the store and asked for a refund or replacement. They said no, and told me I needed to contact Google for a resolution of my concerns. Think about that. If they had sold me razor blades that were defective, would I have to go back to the razor blade manufacturer for recourse? Responsible companies take responsibility for products that are defective or unusable. This is exactly what the Google representative told me on the phone, after confirming that there was nothing she could do to help me. This is unscrupulous and immoral behavior by a big company that puts profits before people. They should be embarrassed.

I believe this Walgreens is dishonest. I purchased a gift card. Noone told me it was non-refundable, nor did I agree to that term. One of the cards cost $100 and it was defective because the pin number came off of the back of the card when I removed the covering. Walgreen's refused to provide a refund and told me I had to contact the company who issued the card if I needed help. Think about that. What if I bought a bag of potato chips and wanted to return it because there was something wrong with the flavor? Would I have to go to the manufacturer of the potato chips for a refund? Of course not. Walgreens is responsible for what it sells, including gift cards. If they are not willing to accept responsibility when a product they sell is defective, this is illegal and unscrupulous. If they keep your money (which they did here), it is theft. I would strongly suggest that you stay away from companies like this, that sell defective product, profit from those sales and refuse to take responsibility for the benefit of the customer. I will be taking legal action.
