We have always had great care for our pup at Village Animal Clinic. Dr Mike and Dr Zach are both super knowledgeable and great with our anxious dog. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. They have even been happy to squeeze us in same day if needed.

Dr Zach and his team are awesome!!! My baby has anxiety issues and they always make sure they conform to the least stimulation possible when she has to come in. They are so compassionate and caring!!!

Vets are good. Receptionist Susie is unprofessional, rude, and a fraud. On multiple occasions was caught charging my account for 2 dogs when only 1 was seen. This was happening after every visit. Took a long time to get my money back because records from the clinic disappeared but thankfully I had my bank statement to show what I paid! She intercepts emails/calls so you cant get a message to the vet. Myself, and I personally know 4 others that went thru similar with her and with all of us she took it upon herself to close our accounts. When we would call she would say "per management your account has been closed". and she would hang up. She's a bully and very juvenile.. Very sad! Thankfully for her ridiculousness, and unprofessionalism my dogs know go to a great vet that have caring, compassionate, wonderful, honest receptionists! Keep a close eye on your account! I can guarantee you, you all have been wrongfully, and doubly charged!

they refused to see my dog when she was sick suzy the receptionist thinks she is the veterinarian I called three times she told me that my dog was ok. did not know she did not speak to a vet End result my dog died the days at the Uw animal hospital. I do not recommend this veterinarian

The vets were great. The receptionist, Susie, was always very rude, unprofessional, aggressive when speaking, dishonest, and fraudulent. I have 2 dogs and every single time one of my dog was seen I would get home and realize she was charging my other dog the same fees who was not even at the clinic!! This went on for months without me realizing. When I caught onto her fraud she belittled me, spoke very poorly about me, lied about me. She did not like that I caught onto her and that I was demanding my money back and I was forced to make calls to the higher ups. She couldn’t take any risks of being exposed, and took it upon herself to close my account and make it so my dogs couldn’t be seen there anymore. She intercepted calls so the vets couldn’t be contacted! In all honesty, she did my dogs and I the biggest favor!! My one dog wouldn’t go into the clinic if she saw her! The vets had to do the exam outside. No issues getting my dog in when she wasn’t there! Keep your eyes and ears open with her! I have 3 friends that had the same experience with Susie and when they started vocalizing the fraudulent issues and demanding money back, they too were no longer allowed to take their animals there. All 4 of us got emails stating “per managementYour account has been closed and you are not able to get services at this clinic.”

Dog had been sick and our regular vet couldn't get her in. Recommended we go to emergency clinic in Madison. We called village animal clinic and they got us in that same day. Staff and Vet were very thorough, gave us some meds and assured us she would be well soon. We quit our clinic and had all records moved to VAC.

I have been taking my dogs here for a very long time. Staff is amazing, everyone is very kind and you can tell they all love the animals. Wouldn't take my babies anywhere else.
