I noticed that an incoming package from out of the country had been marked to return to sender, I called the office and they were very pleasant and incredibly helpful in locating and rerouting the package to the correct location.
(The error was the sender's fault for combining 2 addresses, not the Post Office)

Post office tracking number and details show my package was delivered to my old address. When I moved, I arranged that my mail be forwarded to my new address. I just want my package!!! It's frustrating. I don't have a clue as to why when I lived at that former address, I was often getting other (not forwarded mail) in my mailbox? The Other peoples mail! Is this a Good USPS postal wide issue or just a problem with the Oregon, WI USPS. Future reviews may help us find the answers. I want to be nice but I am frustrate.

Our mail as of late is delivered to the wrong address and then received late or not at all! Pay for Oregon Observer and not delivered.

They were extremely helpful on communicating with me about a package. I was expecting a Friday delivery and it did not show up. They gave me the manager's information to contact. The manager was great, he stayed in communication with me all day Saturday and notified me once the package arrived. Even though the package did not arrive on the expected date, they did a great job helping correct it.

On my Amazon it said my item was delivered. But I didn't find it at my house so I contacted the USPS Number it told me to contact and they said it was brought to the store in Oregon. So I just went in there today because yesterday I didn't get the information till it was closed. And the Lady at the counter was extremely rude. And she kept saying that they couldn't find it it was lost. And there was nothing she could do about it. And I told her I bought some thing and you guys were the last ones to have it so you need to figure out where it is. It's an important thing and I needed it right away. And she was just so rude and had no solutions. So finally asked to talk to the manager but the manager was at lunch. I am so irritated at their lack of organization and her lack of responsibility.
