My phone got smashed in a machine at work. I took it to Ben in Oregon to get it shut off. Ben was an absolute wizard and was able to restore everything from the smashed phone to the new phone! I truly appreciate everything he was able to help me with!

5 stars for the store, availability, and customer service by all. 10 stars for Lisa who has helped me with many new phone purchases and transfers, adding lines, broken phones and replacements, and being sure I had best value and plan. Lisa not only has provided me with excellent service each time but is also just simply a wonderful, caring, great human. I am sure not all consultants offer up hugs when a customer is having A day.

I had an amazing experience at this location, thanks to Lisa. She is a perfect example of excellent customer service. Lisa was helpful and professional. I was her last customer of the day. She stayed late to make sure I understood how to use my phone before I left. She didn't rush and she kept smiling the entire time. I highly recommend this location and Lisa!! Amazing overall. I was in Oregon's store today working with Lisa. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me decide on a new phone based upon my needs. She worked hard helping a customer whose phone wasn't working. She went above and beyond to help him and was impressed with her service as I waited. She is very patient, more than any person in the world. I highly recommend going to US CELLULAR in Oregon for your phone needs. I'm happy with my accessories and NEW Android. ?

Ben Kufol from the Oregon, Wisconsin office is so incredibly helpful to me. He knows that I am not Tech Savvy and does not know how to do alot of things on my phone. Whenever I stop in with a question, he is always there to assist me. He is very thorough in explaining things to me. He is the only one that I will work with as he knows my situation and does not make me feel like I do not know what I am talking about. You certainly have a wonderful employee working for you.

Horrible experience. I have never filed a claim in my 20+ years of being a US cellular customer. The lady i had yesterday was unable to complete the required documents so i had to go back today. When i went back today, they charged me another $30 to file another claim and assured me that if i went to the screen repair place they would have the time yet today to fix my phone. That was not the case. Overall, the U.S. cellular in Oregon wasted approx 4 hours of my time and about $20 in gas for a whole lot of nothing. I now see why people are leaving this company in droves. I will certainly not return to the Oregon US Cellular location. Hansen Electronics was a much better provider for customer service.

Ben Kufel was very, very helpful in my transition from Verizon to USCellular and with my purchase of a new iPhone. I am a bit of a Luddite, so unfamiliar technology is a stressful proposition. Ben spent a lot of time answering questions for me on the phone, and when I went in to finally make my purchase, I was not as stressed as I anticipated. He went above and beyond in the help he gave me. He even answered some of my non-urgent email questions on his day off! I felt that I understood the whole process of switching companies and I understood the (rather confusing) plans so I could make an informed choice about plan and phone. I feel that I know exactly what I'm getting and feel that I made the best choice. He also explained things in a way that I could understand without being condescending. THATS IMPORTANT! Sadly, that has never been my experience in the past with other carriers. My profound hope is that this kind of service will also carry through when it comes to any kind of customer service issue I might have (which has also never been true in the past for me).The representatives in the Oregon store were great about making waiting customers feel that they mattered and that they were seen and would be helped soon, even at busy times. It made the store feel a lot less cold & "corporate."I hope a copy of this gets shared with Ben so he can see how appreciated he is.
