“We had Air Conditioning issues on one of hottest days of the year. Although they were booked they got us in. The problem was sort of severe and costly / but they can came up with option 2 which allowed cooling of the front at a much more reasonable cost. Highly satisfied!”

“DiMaggio’s far exceeds any other auto mechanic repair business in the Madison area! They are trustworthy, thorough, and highly skilled. I received a full vehicle condition report of what was okay, what was suggested, and what was required. This thorough report also came with photos so I was 100% confident knowing that a strut was in need of being replaced! Unfortunately, there was a lot more that needed to be done. But rather than suggest I fix it, they had my best interest in mind and told me that I may want to consider buying a different vehicle. “Outstanding customer service! I am from out of town and sustained serious damage to one of my rear tires while driving on the beltway. Tony’s service person met me at my friend’s house and out in the spare. The next, Saturday, Labor Day weekend I was able to get all new tires put on. Rate was extremely reasonable. Staff were so polite and friendly. Can’t say enough about the young man that handled all of this for me.”
“Its pretty hard to get a 5 star review these days, but Pomps deserves it. I work with these guys all the time because I am a service supervisor at a local dealership here in Madison. I think Pomps may have the most outstanding service department in Wisconsin. I have worked with Pomps at multiple dealerships over my career now, and no matter who I call on behalf of it seems their service is fantastic. I usually get the same guys on the phone every time and they make the process very easy. Darren and Kevin are excellent to work with. “I’m currently working a seasonal job in Wisconsin so I usually go to another Discount Tire location in the state that I reside in. But late afternoon yesterday while I was at work, I noticed that the side of one of my front tires was ripped. I was able to get to this Discount Tire location once I got out of work 10 minutes before their website said they were closing. Since they were so close to closing time the most that I was expecting was for them to see if they had the tire in stock and tell me to come back again the next day to get it replaced. To my surprise, they said that they could do it right away that evening. They got it repaired quickly and the employees that took care of my problem were 10/10 when it came to customer service. I definitely recommend this specific location if you are in the area and have tire issues.”
“Honest and quality work right here! As an out of towner, a girl, and being in an emergency, this shop took care of me in a timely manner. They not only did an excellent job with the repair, but I had some minor issues that needed little jerry-rigging just so I could make it home without any additional issues. They were kind and fair. “Went in because I had a sound just like a wheel bearing going bad. I've had two on my truck at 190k miles now. Turns out it was brake pads had finally gotten worn enough to stick to the caliper after drive up from Texas. They got it sorted, applied a discount they were offering as a Independence Day special without me even asking and fixed the problem. Great to work with and communicated clearly.”
