LOVE this Kwik Trip! I live less than a mile away and go there almost every day. They have the friendliest staff, it's always clean, and they are well stocked! Highly recommend!

If you are Online ordering be careful. And here is why:
Ordered two family sized boneless chicken wings to be ready at 4:15pm before the Super Bowl. When I arrived at the Janesville ST location I was greeted with, your order will be ready in a minute. I was early so no problem. When I got my order it was two big bags, took them to my vehicle and it was someone else’s order. Not even close to what I ordered online. Took the entire order back in to let them know. I had gone to the wrong store and should have went to the Main St location. My bad! So off I went to that one and was greeted right away again saying my order will be up right away. He brought it to me and I said it wasn’t mine again! Showed him my order on my phone and then he said someone already picked it up?! Well it wasn’t me. So he had me wait another ten minutes and put the chicken in the fryer and finally I get my order and was home after 1/2 hour! I say all this to warn people to give them YOUR name when you arrive in the door as both locations didn’t even ask me and gave me the incorrect order twice, and gave mine to someone else. UGH! Well they were a hit to say the least and the KC Chiefs lost which made my day! I’m a Packers fan but had to cheer for someone. And yes the chicken was good!

Staff is friendly and helpful. However the bathrooms are straight out of the Arctic.

A few days ago, I stopped by to pick up some milk after getting off my third shift. It was around 11:30 PM, maybe a bit later. Before I left, I overheard one of your employees, a bald man, make a rude comment about my haircut, something along the lines of 'what a stupid haircut,' followed by laughter. I was really upset but initially tried to brush it off. However, this is extremely unprofessional behavior from your staff. Please address this issue and take appropriate action with the employee involved. There were only two employees working at the time, so it should be easy to identify who it was.

This Kwik Trip location has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I encountered a lot of judgment from a worker on the third shift, particularly from a bald guy who seemed to struggle with checking IDs. Not sure if he has a big problem looking at the age, I even went as far as handing him another ID which should of gotten me through. I've heard similar complaints from others about his behavior, and I believe he should be held accountable. His attitude affected me so deeply that it ruined my day and caused significant emotional distress. I wish I had gotten his name, as his actions in a place like Kwik Trip were inappropriate and have caused me serious harm. I would like to file a emotional damage claim against that bald guy who works third shift.

You cannot mute the pumps. It will play ads the whole time.

Used to be a 5 star. Love the new store but this used to be the best prices on diesel. I guess since we are a big new store we will charge Madison prices. It used to be cheaper or the same as Stoughton. At this moment it's 3.89, it's 3.66 in Stoughton.So now you get 4 stars.

No mute button on the gas pumps. It just yells ads at you and you can't turn it off.

In the last THREE visits I’ve noticed how dirty this particular store is compared to others. Counters are dirty, FLYS everywhere etc. I asked about why they don’t have any hand sanitizer in this store and I was told it is a “space issue”. I don’t know, you pump gas and go inside to buy food and there’s nothing to clean your hands. I tried using the small sink next to coffee and I was told I needed to use the restroom as this was a cleaning station for staff, I said the bathroom was occupied, it didn’t matter.

No real complaints. They wouldn't give me my road taxes back when I was getting gas for my mower, but I guess I can't have everything.

Always Fantastic! There aren't many late night options for food in Oregon, but there is no need, with this Kwik trip...i love being able to call a pizza in ahead at 4am and it's ready waiting for me, if I get a late night craving...since I'm a night owl! Kathy is great ?? as are all the employees, very friendly and super happy..it's nice to go somewhere the employees aren't hating their jobs and rubs off on how they treat you...YOU GET THE EXACT OPPOSITE HERE...makes me want to work here, if I ever need a career change!

Sarah was so nice, me and my best friend wanted some slushies and the machine was down, she not only gave us multiple other locations with directions to them, but was very very helpful and kind
